Having been to this establishment four times now, I think I can finally leave an honest review.

If you're looking for something REALLY sweet, come here. I will also add that the drinks are pretty inconsistent. First time I visited BB, I got 1/2 sweet (1/2 sweet was still WAY too sweet for me). Second time, I went for 1/4 sweet and this was the only time my drink was perfect. The third time I got the same drink, 1/4 sweet, it was as if it was 1/2 sweet or more. The fourth time, I got 1/4 sweet again and it was not sweetened at all. Same with ice level. I don't adjust the level but sometimes there's more, sometimes there's less. Coffee itself is ok, but nothing amazing for the price point. A large BDE + extra shot will be almost $8.

This last time, I got the seasonal banana pudding BDE to try. After I pulled out of the drive thru, I noticed it was missing the cream foam and cookie entirely. I drove back, showed my drink to the server at the window, and she kindly made me a new one. It was however extremely inconvenient as there was already a long wait previously.

I placed an online order but to be frank, it doesn't make a difference if you're going through the drive thru. If you're in a hurry, avoid the drive thru, especially if there are other cars in the line! If you placed an online order, perhaps picking the item up inside would be a better option.

All in all, I return to Better Buzz because it's near my home. I wanted to love this place, but it's missed the mark on three separate occasions..

Really love my modified bursting blue raspberry. They had no problem modifying to my diabetic needs and made me feel include. Lots of love to the better buz team

This is my second time visiting this location and ordering the same drink. The first time, I ordered a mocha buzz blend with whipped cream, and they forgot to add the whipped cream. I understood since they were busy, and the second time, I ordered the same drink again, and they forgot the whipped cream once more; this time they weren’t even busy. Overall, I’ve visited this coffee shop four times, twice in Fullerton and twice in Orange, and each time I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt because they’re a newer business. However, the service consistently lacks attention to detail, and on top of that, the drinks are not blended well, with noticeable chunks of ice left in the drink. I really wanted to like this place, but the repeated mistakes and inconsistent quality make it disappointing.

The coffee itself was fine—nothing amazing, nothing terrible, my husband and I got the “ Best drink ever” it was very sweet!!! I take responsibility for that because I could have asked if the coffee runs on the sweeter side. Which I like my coffee’s not too sweet. but more importantly the whole place smelled strongly like wet dogs. I get that it’s a pet-friendly spot, but the odor was pretty distracting and made it hard to enjoy my expensive drink. I felt like I was at a vet and not at a coffee spot. I might give it another try if the smell improves, but for now it was just an okay experience.

Very welcoming coffee spot for students and non students alike. many many options for coffee for any taste so there’s definitely something for everyone! Staff is really nice, attentive and quick with the orders and I got my coffee in less than 3 minutes when it was busy. Enjoy the vibes and is a very study friendly space. Been to a couple of their locations and this one is by far my favorite, 10/10 !

I love Better Buzz, and since I was in the area, I had to stop by the new Orange location. They have a location-exclusive drink called the Chocolate Cold Brew, and wow… it was insanely good, smooth, rich, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet.

I paired it with the Protein Chocolate Açaí Bowl, which was thick, chocolatey, and super satisfying. It felt indulgent but still fresh and energizing the perfect combo.

On top of that, the team was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Amazing drinks, great food, and immaculate vibes. I’ll definitely be back!

So far the ONLY thing I like about this place is the fact that it’s right around the corner from my home and the single origin espresso option. The wait is incredibly long.

I just left the store after ordering a regular vanilla latte (because the single origin takes decades to pull the shot) so I ordered the regular espresso and one strawberry mango drink, 20 minutes later I asked about my drink and it was not yet even made I think the gal lost the receipt I had to ask the shift leader about it and he just walked away to make it. No apology no care no service.
Check the cameras better buzz because there was no line in the driveway nor in the store enough for the drinks to take this long and for the attitude of the employees to be this bad. For a store that just opened they are either not trained right overworked or both but this needs to get better. I mean come on, I come here because I actually enjoy the coffee but the bad service and attitudes of the evening staff was just terrible. Do better.

I went here today with my little sister. First of all, the coffee is amazing, and the wait staff are so so, friendly and helpful.

The issue is the music and the lighting - it is so loud! We had to quickly finish our coffee and leave. I'm not sure if I'll be coming back

Coffee is great but the atmosphere SUCKS - the lights are super bright, but worse of all they pump the music ridiculously loud. The lobby is empty because the music is so loud.
