BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Food was OK. I liked the Cherry Glazed Salmon with couscous and asparagus. Poke was too salty. Server seemed overwhelmed. Apps and drinks took a long time to come and our entrees came 5 minutes later. Would have preferred to have our drinks and apps earlier. Second half of the meal when we needed our check and boxes he was nowhere to be found, and then it took a while to get our boxes. We were dining with two little ones, and we do our best to keep them comfortable so we don't bother anyone when they get fussy. It's important to us that we can make a quick exit if we need to. Also, three times servers were coming out asking if certain orders were ours which were not. It just seemed like no one had a clue what was going on. I had received a promotion in my email to get 20% through July if I let the server know my Loyalty Account Number, but I was so unimpressed with the service that my husband (who we were celebrating for Father's Day) and I decided we didn't even want it and it was not worth the hassle or the time to try to get that locked in.

We had a reservation for 6:30 and we were able to get seated at 6:15, since we had been waiting for a while our party of 6 was able to look at the menu and we were able to order pretty quickly at 6:30. We got our drinks and we had still not gotten our food at 7. We had a reservation for 7:20 at the escape room at the outlets so we had to let our server know we needed boxes to go since we needed to make our reservation. The food came to us at around 7:05 along with the boxes. We tried to eat as fast as possible but were disappointed once more when we all realized our food was cold and it was probably sitting in the back for a while. We did not have time to let the server know our food was cold as we were already rushing. The manager did apologize for our long wait and offered us a discount in our bill which was appreciated but either way it was extremely disappointing and frustrating to have to wait as long as we did and receive cold food that we truly did not even get to enjoy.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Misael (hope I spelled his name correctly) and the entire team during my recent visit to BJs Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional.

The group staff worked seamlessly together, creating a warm and efficient atmosphere that truly enhanced our meal. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it certainly showed in every detail of the service.

Our waiter Misael was great, he was attentive and kind. The manager and staff were all very welcoming. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for good pizza and beer.

Food was good. Our server was excellent. Give it a low rating because the ladies bathroom was a complete disaster! All of the toilet stalls had no toilet paper, the sink was backed up and trash was overflowing onto the floor 😳

Terrible service my family and I got there at 8:40pm checked in and we were told that it was an hour of wait so we said okay then we went outside to be called we didn't get called in that hour so we went back to check again and we were told that in less than 10 to 15 minutes we would be called so we waited those minutes and we went to check again cause we still weren't called and the receptionist told us that we were up next so we waited to be called and they never called us then my family went to ask again and the lady told them that we had to wait another 1h and 30 minutes more so one of my family members called the manager over and told him that we have been waiting there for 2h and they still didn't sit us down then after waiting 10 more minutes after we had told the manager the we were waiting for 2h and didn't take us seriously then we were just waiting and before we were sat down they called a party of 20 and we were only a party of 13 but instead they say down the party of 20 then we were sat down after almost waiting 2h in a half and were sat in a tight spot and let's just not say the food the food was not even cooked correctly and they charged us 18% of tip when they didn't even deserve it and some of my family members got sick with the food. DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THEM FOR A LARGE PARTY!!!

Service is slow. Took almost two hours once seated for a pizza and 3 kids meals.

Got seated on time but waited 30 mins before a server came over. Waited over an hour to receive our food and when I received my food it was cold and the steak was dry and chewy. Will not be coming back to this location. Maybe they should talk to their Huntington Beach location and get some pointers. 0 Stars if that was an option .

The service was reasonably good, the steak was good, but the deep dish ziti barely had any meat in it, maybe a tablespoon.

Server never asked to refill iced teas nor get another soup or salad when unlimited. Poor server experience and the salads were not very good. Tortilla soup better than average.

It was a great time. We came with a reservation and when it became our turn we took our seats and had a delicious meal.

Great varied menu and some good specials. Our server was very attentive. The food always comes out amazingly fast, even at busy hours.

Food was cold, had to wait 15 minutes post entree delivery for two of the entrees, felt like they forgot to bring out our food. You pay the premium to eat out and the food value the experience, was there. Best part of the meal? A BJs draft blonde beer! Waiter was great, brought everything and was on it. Was very attentive and I appreciate him. Honestly, have no plans to eat here again.

The overall experience was great. However the value, portion size and taste of my meal was not worth the price
