Aria was excellent! He provided outstanding service with a consistently positive attitude and made the entire experience enjoyable. He was attentive, friendly, and very professional, ensuring everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. His energy and customer care truly stood out. Great job, Aria!
Food exceeded expectations at this location. Biggest complaint was getting seated. We had a party of 6 with 2 kids. Kids being the reason for reservations as they get feisty. Our reservation was for 6:30. At 7, I went asked what the hold up was. She mentioned that they don't accept same day reservations despite us having a confirmation. They were telling others the wait would be an hour and a half. Hate to express frustration as I know everyone is simply doing their job but that is something that Open Table and this location might want to clarify.
The food was okay, but the pizza barely had any cheese or toppings. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade, and it was extremely sweet and not good at all. Unfortunately, our server never came back to our table after taking our order. By the time we were almost done eating she returned only to let us know she was going on break. The new server was much more attentive. He cleared the appetizer plates because no one picked them up even though they saw them empty when they gave us our food and he brought us refills for our drinks and water. Later, we ordered a dessert so we could sing happy birthday to my son, and it took more than 15 minutes to arrive at the table.
I made a reservation for 6 PM for a party of seven, but when we arrived, we still waited an hour before being seated. The hostess explained that because the reservation was made the same day, it wasn't guaranteed. That makes no sense—what is the point of making a reservation if we still have to wait as though we're on the general waitlist? The timing of the reservation shouldn't matter. If the restaurant is already fully booked, the system shouldn't allow additional reservations to be made. It was a frustrating experience and completely defeats the purpose of having a reservation in the first place.

The restaurant was busy (as we expected for a Friday night). We had made reservations for 7 pm following our daughter's graduation ceremony (another nearby restaurant wouldn't take reservations). We arrived a bit early and were seated promptly. Orders were taken quickly, and our appetizers arrived almost immediately followed shortly by our food. Our server was attentive all evening long and took care of our needs. And those $13 meal deals cannot be beat! Thank you so very much for a great experience!
I used open table for a reservation and was told BJs was not using the open table to set up a reservation.
service wasn't as good as it usually is, and i have to give them the benefit of the doubt bc it was veryyyy busy, but food tasted great!:)
Service was awful and the check was wrong and we had to send it back once and then when I got home I looked and it was still wrong. They over charged by about $25
Although our waitress was nice, she delivered our food and didn't come back until we had been finished for over 15-20 min. We had empty glasses, no water, empty plates piling up on our table, and no condiments.

Came here for a birthday dinner. Made the reservation on Sunday for a Tuesday dinner and made a small update on Monday to change the time from 5:30 to 6:00 through open table with no issues. On the day of the reservation and upon checking in, I said I have a reservation at 6 for 6 people and I gave my name. The lady responded by saying my reservation was considered a walk in becuase I made it same day. I didn't appreciate the attitude of her delivery and the fact that she didn't even bother checking I made the reservation Sunday and updated it on Monday so this should not be considered a walk in when the reservation day is a Tuesday. We waited 20 minutes to be seated which is fine but the service was not the best. Waited for a good 10-20 minutes for our order to be placed and when the food came, it was cold and the food was either bland or too salty. Very disappointing. I know this is not a fancy restaurant but I expect to at least be able to have decent food.
Brussel sprouts were amazing, seasonal pizookie was super yummy. Ava our server was so sweet and kind. Will be back!
They made us wait 1 hour after we arrived at our reserved time. They said reservations on OpenTable are just like signing in at that time, and they don't actually reserve the table. Experience was good once seated, but reservations are a waste here
Do t know if the server was new, but she gone o e of the pizza orders completely wrong didn't refill the drinks, until we asked. Not the norm for BJ's.
Their customer service is top-notch, making you feel valued every time.
