Wow! What a find! $14 for an entire healthy meal. Tastes fantastic. Amazing portion sized. Got my macros and great amount of protein. Quick and easy. Perfect spot for traveling. Budget friendly.

I was in the mood for something healthy and local, and this meal prep spot delivered! I came in about 15 minutes after they opened and was greeted by Ricky, one of the staff members, who walked me through all their options. They offer ready-to-go meal preps, a chipotle-style bar, and a hot lunch menu made to order. On top of that, they serve freshly made juices (with a build-your-own option) and signature smoothies.

I decided on the garlic and herb chicken breast with sweet potatoes and broccoli, paired with a side of chimichurri sauce. They even offered to heat it up for me. The chicken was moist, lightly seasoned and the veggies were fresh. The chimichurri sauce tied the whole meal together nicely- keeping it light and flavorful.

I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items from their extensive menu. They also have snacks and treats available in the store, so there’s something for everyone. Highly recommend!

The food tastes very good and there is plenty of it for the price. Quite a variety of options also especially for a healthy meal. Try the juices. I think you will agree with me mine was tasty. I typically order on Uber Eats, I just placed an order, food was great- but this isn't the first time items have been missing, I pay for an extra side of sauce and it's missing once again. Other than that, its great.

Came in for some grab N go meals. Pretty bomb and best service around and of course the food is so good. Grilled heirloom pesto chicken breast so good! Quality taste 10/10

Easily best meal prep shop in OC. We live in Newport and make the 25 min drive weekly. High quality ingredients, can order ahead of time or create them there. They always have new items too which is great. Highly recommend
