Best blaze ever. Employees today made the food perfect.

I visited this location today to build my own pizza. I have visited this location many times in the past. I am complaining about the employee(Jonathan) and what he claims was store policy. I always order a meat lovers build my own pizza and at the end when the meat toppings have been placed, they always allow a slight sprinkle of mozzarella on top. I am talking about the slightest sprinkle and it keeps the meat together. I was told by Jonathan that it is not permitted to go back to the station due to cross contamination. I was surprised because it has always been done in the past. His answer, “they should not have done it. I was really surprised on his inflexibility in helping. Plus, the mozzarella station is at the end and would not have crossed any other foods or contaminated anything. So I said I don’t want to waste the pizza and ingredients and say I don’t want it. It would have been a loss to your company because he said it would be thrown away. So, I paid the 19.37 cost and went to the table. I could not even eat and had to do this complaint before I ate it. I had a couple bites shut had to do this and it was preoccupying my mind. I told him that I was going to do a write up of the circumstances and he just smirked at me. His manager(Corrina) was not present. I had asked for the manager. You have lost my business for the future. I will also do a review on Google or Yelp.So here I am doing it.

Sadly the service hasn't improved. Staff are unfriendly and uncaring of how they make the pizza - toppings were very sparse. Not worth the $14 for a build-your-own pizza! When asked to add missing toppings we were ignored. Sad, It used to be a great place to enjoy. My family and friends will not return! Will happily take my business where it's appreciated.

Worst Blaze Pizza Service. I came in at 11:20am for the $3.14 pi day deal and the employees stated they were closed! The store hours say closes until midnight! And I called before hand letting them know I was on my way. VERY BAD SERVICE. The employees should not be closing early because they feel like it and respect the operating hours and my time!!!

For a place that I go to 3 times a week.They don't know how to treat customers very well.. Management needs to teach the staff on how to treat good customers or any customer for that matter.. Employee made a mistake on my order ( no problem) they were a little rude on making me what I wanted and then pre made it without asking me how much of each topping I wanted.. The worst was the female employee who gave me a terrible look. Making me feel bad that she screwed up.Didn't appreciate that... The guy cooking was okay and a little more professional, but still not a way to treat people.... I would take the time that this was put in this review. Find out who is working that shift and have a talk or fire her!

My husband and I went to the Orange Circle for a nice getaway and to enjoy all the circle has to offer and have lunch. Upon entering the Blaze Orange location, my husband and I went in line to order. I had to use the restroom and he decided to follow not wanting to order without me. I went into the Women's marked restroom which was down a long corridor and no other people were near. I went past a young man employee in his early twenties sitting on a table on his phone. When I exited my restroom, my husband stated the men's restroom had a lock on it that needed a code. Since no other customers were near, I stated I would watch the door and he could quickly use the restroom. Around 30 seconds later, the young hispanic man with a mustache aggressively came at me and swung the door open hard. He then proceeded to beat on the door of the stall my husband was using. Mind you, we are both in our late 50s and don't pose a threat to anyone. He yelled at my husband to get out and invaded his privacy. I then asked him if we could have the men's code and he said absolutely not since we used the women's. No customers should be treated this way and felt like their safety was in jeopardy. He refused to get the manager on the phone for me. I see that their are other complaints for the same reason. He told me the manager's name was Corina. Hoping she will reach out to us since I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. This incident was harassment for sure.

The dough honestly is where it’s at. But combined with their good quality, fresh ingredients it takes it out of the park. The staff are always polite and have the answers to your questions always.
Hope they switch it up with the beer soon, variety is good! Also hoping with the holidays maybe the menu gets more creative? I must admit, they do skimp on the fresh mozz, and the dough portions are a lil small for the price. What’s up with the older Gen, bringing in screaming children, makes you want to take your pizza to go. Can’t enjoy the historical Orange circle and hard earned food, with screaming,crying children literally running around.
This location has great atmosphere! Also, I had an online ordering issue that I called them to fix right after I made the order, and they went above and beyond to make it right without giving me a hard time. Thank you so much!!!

I came in with my partner to get some pizzas and the worker that served me was completely rude and unwelcoming. The person who served my partner was more friendly and gave him significantly larger portions than what I was given, even when I had asked for more to which she’d give me 2 tiny pieces. How is a handful of spinach or chicken only 2 pieces? My pizza looked like a sad disappointment. I’ve been to other locations and have never had that type of experience before. I wouldn’t eat here again. I wish my experience would’ve been better because the overall atmosphere is very nice, the service was not.

Just wanted to update my post from eight years ago. The food was great back then went there last night. I had the worst service. The servers behind the counter were horrible, rude obnoxious. I will not go back there. Nobody ever goes back there. The food was not good. I won’t go back, if you’re thinking about going to this Blaze Pizza don’t go somewhere else. These people are rude and they’ll treat you rude and they’ll just take your money and run and laugh at your face while doing it. I’ve already contacted their corporate office. I put their review in with them, so I hope something gets done.

Wheelchair accessibility: Level ground from parking lot 2 entrance. Does has sum bumps and ramps along way. Easy 2 get inside and the layout is open and navigation easy. Sitting is good inside. But prefer outside for more space, dog, and People watching. Enjoy
