I have to say I am disappointed with the lack of toppings. I dont eat meat, so the veggies were sparsely put on. Unless thats not the new way and the person creating my pizza hates veggies.

Honestly was a regular customer here but I had a bathroom emergency this morning and walked in an asked for the code. This is something I do regularly here because it’s the only consistent bathroom in the circle.
Some young guy denied me the code and started giving me the whole spiel about how they don’t do public restrooms, only for paying customers. Told him it’s an emergency and he would just keep repeating himself. Super lame, and even though I have spent money here over the years, because of this one guy I’m mad enough to never go there again.

I visited this location today to build my own pizza. I have visited this location many times in the past. I am complaining about the employee(Jonathan) and what he claims was store policy. I always order a meat lovers build my own pizza and at the end when the meat toppings have been placed, they always allow a slight sprinkle of mozzarella on top. I am talking about the slightest sprinkle and it keeps the meat together. I was told by Jonathan that it is not permitted to go back to the station due to cross contamination. I was surprised because it has always been done in the past. His answer, “they should not have done it. I was really surprised on his inflexibility in helping. Plus, the mozzarella station is at the end and would not have crossed any other foods or contaminated anything. So I said I don’t want to waste the pizza and ingredients and say I don’t want it. It would have been a loss to your company because he said it would be thrown away. So, I paid the 19.37 cost and went to the table. I could not even eat and had to do this complaint before I ate it. I had a couple bites shut had to do this and it was preoccupying my mind. I told him that I was going to do a write up of the circumstances and he just smirked at me. His manager(Corrina) was not present. I had asked for the manager. You have lost my business for the future. I will also do a review on Google or Yelp.So here I am doing it.

Sadly the service hasn't improved. Staff are unfriendly and uncaring of how they make the pizza - toppings were very sparse. Not worth the $14 for a build-your-own pizza! When asked to add missing toppings we were ignored. Sad, It used to be a great place to enjoy. My family and friends will not return! Will happily take my business where it's appreciated.

Worst Blaze Pizza Service. I came in at 11:20am for the $3.14 pi day deal and the employees stated they were closed! The store hours say closes until midnight! And I called before hand letting them know I was on my way. VERY BAD SERVICE. The employees should not be closing early because they feel like it and respect the operating hours and my time!!!
