We love coming here with our kids! 🍓🥭 Everything is always fresh, quick, and well-organized. The fruit and berries are often perfectly ripe, and the bowls have a delicious, ice-cream-like texture. The only thing we’d love to see is more guidance on how to create the perfect bowl. Other than that, everything is fantastic. Thank you! 😊

Blue Bowl has been on our to try list for awhile but never got a chance to until this weekend. This was the first time my husband & I tried Blue Bowl. but I kid you not when I this is the best acai bowl we had in our lives, and everything is vegan! If I had to go on a diet and eat this every day, I would be happy. My brother and girlfriend went back two days after because it's that freaking delicious!
Although their acai bowls are amazing, they could work on improving their customer service. The girl who assisted me didn't look like she wanted to be there and it showed through her eye expression. Also my brother girlfriend's paid for our bowl, but the guy helping her didn't tell my girl so they almost charged us twice. Thank goodness my husband asked my brother girlfriend's.
This storefront is tiny so there's no seating inside. There were 2-3 tables outside but they were taken so we found a bench in front of a pub outside the alleyway.
I got the 16 oz for $12 and built my own bowl. I got three bases - pitaya, matcha, and blue coconut. I would have gotten the blue bowl chia too but didn't want to mix too many flavors for my first time here. All the bases were good but the matcha one had the most flavor and was the most creamiest so it stood out the most. It's actually better than Japanese matcha soft serve I had in California. The bases were cold enough to be refreshing but not too cold to give you a brain freeze or make your teeth sensitive. For granolas, I got the maple quinoa & chocolate with chia seeds which added a nice crunch and contrasting texture. For fruits, I got the fresh strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices. My husband added dried peaches as a topping which he liked but I didn't. He also added honey yet the bowl was not overly sweet. We loved every bite of it and felt good afterwards. I really hope they open a location in Las Vegas soon! *hint hint*

Service: The workers were quick and efficient. The cashier was nice.
Our açaí bowl: They offer three sizes. We got the 24 oz, and we decided to let the workers freestyle (chef’s choice). If we’re being honest, we have no idea what exactly was in our bowl lol. But we loved it! Everything was fresh and delicious!
Pricing: It is barely average price for açaí bowls. The 24 oz was definitely worth it. My partner and I both shared it, and it was a fulfilling snack.

Today the GM Tiffani made my love for Blue Bowl go sour. I had always gone to the old location on Main where the parking lot was tiny, then they moved over to the new place and still not great parking same amazing customer service and care. Wanted to grab a bowl today and not get too wet in the rain so I came over to this one on the Circle and was in for a rude awakening. Store is empty, two staff members working, cool I'll be in and out and home warm and enjoying my favorite treat in no time. I asked Tiffani to please put the bananas on the bottom ( too much fruit on top makes all the toppings fall off when you try to mix it or get a spoonful of anything) she said that then I can't put any fruit on later. Um, what, so I said the stupidest thing (and annoying I know) hey they have done this for me before, different ways like charging me extra or still putting the other fruit (of course not extra) or they have even said you want all the fruit on the bottom (still not getting extra just upside down). So I said no, she said thanks for letting me know I'll talk to my other associates (basically saying they are in trouble/doing it wrong). And look I know this is a long post to read BUT customer service is key, these products are all over Orange County, I can and have driven over an hour for better customer services. She could have handled it better, there were ways to turn it around, instead it bothered me more than usual to be so easily shut down and dismissed rather try to come to a understanding what I wanted within the policy of the business of course. So I left with nothing, grumpy and most likely not going to get my bowls there anymore. No biggie I am sure, like I said plentyof places to get a good bowl. And I am sure the young crowd does't mind the location being close. Just my thoughts on customer service relations.
