Best Acai bowl I have ever had a ton of options, super clean, friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.

Today the GM Tiffani made my love for Blue Bowl go sour. I had always gone to the old location on Main where the parking lot was tiny, then they moved over to the new place and still not great parking same amazing customer service and care. Wanted to grab a bowl today and not get too wet in the rain so I came over to this one on the Circle and was in for a rude awakening. Store is empty, two staff members working, cool I'll be in and out and home warm and enjoying my favorite treat in no time. I asked Tiffani to please put the bananas on the bottom ( too much fruit on top makes all the toppings fall off when you try to mix it or get a spoonful of anything) she said that then I can't put any fruit on later. Um, what, so I said the stupidest thing (and annoying I know) hey they have done this for me before, different ways like charging me extra or still putting the other fruit (of course not extra) or they have even said you want all the fruit on the bottom (still not getting extra just upside down). So I said no, she said thanks for letting me know I'll talk to my other associates (basically saying they are in trouble/doing it wrong). And look I know this is a long post to read BUT customer service is key, these products are all over Orange County, I can and have driven over an hour for better customer services. She could have handled it better, there were ways to turn it around, instead it bothered me more than usual to be so easily shut down and dismissed rather try to come to a understanding what I wanted within the policy of the business of course. So I left with nothing, grumpy and most likely not going to get my bowls there anymore. No biggie I am sure, like I said plentyof places to get a good bowl. And I am sure the young crowd does't mind the location being close. Just my thoughts on customer service relations.

BEST AÇAÍ EVER. Seriously I always love this place. I get the lazy blue with the pineapple yogurt and it's absolutely delicious. Always is fresh and the options for bases and toppings is great. Service is always quick.

Flew in on a red eye this morning and this was my first meal of the day. It was either this or some sit down breakfast spot that seems to average about $20/plate. This, fortunately, was only half that! Service was great, the woman that helped me in my decision-making process was very patient and gave me a sample taste of pretty much everything they had available which was awesome. I wish I got a bigger bowl tho It was a bit hard for me to find -- I'm from out of town and Waze took me to a parking lot. I discovered after walking all the way around the block, this place was tucked right at the end of a walkway... that's connected to the parking lot .

For now, I haven't had a better açaí bowl compared to blue bowl. There is something that is so fantastic about these bowls that sets them apart from other places. Their bases are scooped like ice cream which makes me questions the "health" aspects but at this point I don't care since it's so good haha. I really like the blue coconut base if I don't feel like having the açaí. Usually they put the first one in a larger quantity than the second flavor however they didn't do this for when I ordered blue coconut first unfortunately. Of course you can get açaí anywhere so I think their blue coconut base is what sets them apart. It is unique and tastes so good. I got the pitaya another time and I wouldn't really recommend since it tasted like nothing. I ordered the matcha another time and this was when I didn't really like matcha still but still wanted to try. If I got it now I think I would like it since I've grown to like matcha. It's definitely good since if it was matcha-y enough for me to not like it over a year ago it would be a good flavor for matcha lovers. They added oatmeal since I don't remember this on the menu awhile ago and I would want to try it. The chia pudding is delicious and you can't go wrong with all the different toppings. The nut butters taste freshly grounded and the quality tastes sm better. No surcharges on toppings is amazing and great for students who need a cheaper meal.

Get the dates and pomegranate! You won't regret it. My favorite acai bowl place and I've officially gone to all of their locations. There's limited seating but tables clear out fast. Service is nice and efficient as well. They load it up and it's perfect for a quick and healthy meal. Will definitely be back.

This açaí bowl spot has been on my list for awhile now and I'm so happy I got to try it! This place is tucked in a little alley, and there's street parking or free parking in one of the many lots available. It's a small store, so there aren't tables inside to sit down but there are 2 tables outside in the alley that you can eat at. When I entered I was greeted by a super friendly employee. Since it was my first time there, she kindly explained how to order and that all toppings were free! I decided to get the medium 16oz bowl ($12) and chose açaí, pitaya, and matcha for my base flavors. (Side note: you can pick as many base flavors as you like too!) The açaí and pitaya were refreshing and had a sherbet consistency. The matcha was very matcha forward, had a smoother/creamier consistency, but it wasn't my favorite because I believe it's made with coconut milk and I could taste that (I'm not a big fan of coconut). However if you like matcha and coconut milk, you'll like it! They have a variety of toppings: all kinds of fruit (bananas, strawberries, blueberries, etc), nut butters, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chocolate chunks, and more. Overall, a really great experience and a fun spot for a healthier snack

I love going to Blue Bowl whenever I'm in the area. They have so many great toppings and it's always great quality. Absolutely delicious! I only wish they could bring back the warm tapioca pudding (I think that's what it was called) and the activated charcoal.

Blue bowls is perfect on a hot summer day. With a variety of bases, it feels like the perfect healthy treat!!! I love loading on the toppings with a coconut base and the chia pudding. The service was super quick and per usual as I kept asking for more and more toppings, the ladies making my bowl did a good job loading it up :). This was my first time at the downtown orange location, and just a heads up there is not much seating so be prepared for that. Other than that, a solid açaí bowl! I'll be back.

I have always enjoyed a nice bowl at any of the Blue Bowl locations. They are always consistent, and serve the best but butters of all places. They have a machine that grinds the nut butter for you so it doesn't get better than that. My bowls are usually very large since I get all the fruits, and toppings. For the base I usually enjoy açaí and coconut, but I also got to try the açaí and matcha base as well. I enjoy loading everything up with lots of toppings since it's adds onto the texture and flavor. They now have a date honey which was a nice finishing touch to the bowls. The store is tiny but they have seating outside in the alley way. This is also located right at the beginning part of the Orange circle. Definitely a place worth trying for a healthy alternative.
