I was served a hair in my sundae. I called and was told to come down and they would take care of it. I came down to be denied and given some run around that they would call me. They wasted my time and gas , told me they would fix it. To be then denied for no reason. Very unprofessional and I will not support this location ever again.

I’m not sure what her name is but the girl with the hijab acted really rude while my taking my order and overall she did a bad job with my order and the service i’m honestly really disappointed because usually brusters ice cream and service is really good but i’m beyond disappointed

The nice cream here is amazing! They had around 6 or 7 vegan options and I had to try almost all of them. The peanut butter and banana, raspberry, mango, and mint n chip were so good, I ordered them. Sizes are good and the prices are more than reasonable. My new favorite spot❤️

Regret getting a banana split from here it was so disappointing yet way overpriced at $10. It only took us 10 minutes to get home and it was already a melted, gross mess to the point I could barely tell the flavors apart since they were all mixed together. The whipped cream was also soupy. On top of that I only tasted 2 of 3 flavors so I’m not sure if they even put all 3 flavors in. They’re supposed to give you 3 flavors plus 3 toppings but I think I only got 2 flavors because one of the toppings was missing too. I got chocolate syrup and strawberry but no pineapple.Originally wanted to get one from Joes but the line was way too long there. The Joes banana split looks so much better and has nuts too (Bruster doesn’t put nuts or even the option to add them if you aren’t allergic). Cakes here are good but they need to figure out a way to package the banana split so it doesn’t melt a few mins later. Also, the cap needs help I tried to save leftovers and it kept coming off.
It was so delicious, the Oreo cheesecake ice cream. My son love the salty butterscotch ripped.

My family loves the ambiance of a good walk-up ice cream shop and Bruster's delivers. The employees are always very nice and customers always seem patient and friendly. Their ice cream is delicious, too. It is fun to try their flavors of the month. When we visited last night, there were more even new flavors than the regular 2 flavors of the month and it was hard to choose. I tried the dark chocolate graham and it was fabulous. My regular favorites are chocolate raspberry truffle, mint Oreo, and I love to put together the banana pudding and graham central station when they are both on the menu.You should definitely check them out!

Parking: Shared parking with Islands but we've never had a problem.

Excellent ice-cream! Great flavor and quality. I can definitely recommend this place! We get quarts of rocky road and vanilla. You can split a hand packed gallon with more than one flavor!
Dietary restrictions: Mint and chip made with oat milk. My husband hated it, but my little one liked it.
