My family loves the ambiance of a good walk-up ice cream shop and Bruster's delivers. The employees are always very nice and customers always seem patient and friendly. Their ice cream is delicious, too. It is fun to try their flavors of the month. When we visited last night, there were more even new flavors than the regular 2 flavors of the month and it was hard to choose. I tried the dark chocolate graham and it was fabulous. My regular favorites are chocolate raspberry truffle, mint Oreo, and I love to put together the banana pudding and graham central station when they are both on the menu.You should definitely check them out!Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options are clearly listedParking: Shared parking with Islands but we've never had a problem.

Excellent ice-cream! Great flavor and quality. I can definitely recommend this place! We get quarts of rocky road and vanilla. You can split a hand packed gallon with more than one flavor!Dietary restrictions: Mint and chip made with oat milk. My husband hated it, but my little one liked it.

We were able to sample which we loved. After spending $60 on ice cream one of the waffle cones was made so think broke all over once we got in the car the ice cream also had zero ingredients that it was supposed to have cookie craze with not cookies also the ice cream was so soft it was melting everywhere bcuz the the waffle cone was breaking and so thin I went back to the window to see if she'd remake it or refund me the little girl said I can't do anything ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ICE CREAM EXPERIENCE EVER I had to throw it in the trash talk about horrible customer service and product

Such good ice cream loved both the graham central station and double chocolate chunk!! The graham flavor was super subtle but perfect in my opinion. Lots of flavor options to choose from and the quality is smooth and tastes homemade. They even hand you your cone in a little plastic holder in case the ice cream melts. Highly recommend!

i got their vegan oreo and it was kind of sad because i know their regular ice cream would have been better. i'm trying to be non dairy so i didn't want to order it. the worker was nice and allowed me to sample three of the flavors and the chocolate chip flavor taste like that weird flavor non dairy ice creams have. the strawberry surprisingly had the best flavor and didn't have that weird non dairy flavor but i wasn't feeling a fruit flavor so i got the oreo. a small scoop was very generous and the oreo chunks were plentiful throughout the scoop.at first the location is confusing because it looks like you order from the parking lot window and there are menus on that side but the area to order is on the side with the street. overall, they have a lot of flavors to choose from and it gives a coldstone vibe almost but more of a nostalgic feeling

I ordered one scoop of butter pecan in the smallest waffle cone size. It was pretty good overall, very creamy, quite heavy, and not too expensive.The service was great. There was only one person before me and the person who helped me had a very upbeat attitude. The outside wasn't really appealing or alluring, but the location is pretty convenient and there is plenty parking despite not immediately seeming so. It's also not really a sit down kind of place. Very easy to get it and go, more so. I think I'll be returning mainly based off of convenience!

Walk-up style and the windows are plastered with posters of different options -- very nostalgic. Servers were happy to answer questions about speciality flavors and offered samples before we decided. Very casual feel and no pressure to hurry an order. I asked for a half scoop each of Graham Central Station, NY Cheesecake, and (Maraschino) Cherry to make a cheesecake slice sundae; it was amazing. My cousin got a hot fudge brownie sundae, which was as decadent as it sounds. I'm looking forward to when the Cherries Royale and Buckeye flavors come back into rotation.

Deliciously creamy ice cream made fresh daily and pretty reasonable prices! The adult scoops start at 2 scoops per person!! So we all ended up getting one scoop kids sizes. My son got the cotton candy one and even that one was surprisingly good, not cloyingly sweet or artificial tasting. They also have lots of oat milk options and sorbets!

Just because you close at 10pm doesn’t mean you leave at 10pm, you can’t shut down 90% of the menu because you want to clean early.
