Fist time here and I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
The original! Chill vibe with quick ordering and food service
Great customer service by Shey!!! Made our morning
Absolutely enjoy this place every time we visit. The location is wonderful. The service is always top-notch. The food is excellent. I always get chicken and waffles. Each time, they are amazing!
I stopped by Bruxie recently and had the Nutella waffle and an Oreo shake, and while both were absolutely delicious (seriously, that waffle was crispy on the outside, warm and gooey inside, and the Nutella was perfectly balanced—not overwhelming), what truly made my visit exceptional was the server whose name is Sheyli.
From the moment I walked in, she was very friendly, welcoming, and made the entire experience feel personal. She took the time to explain a few menu items, gave honest recommendations, and made sure my order came out exactly right. It’s rare to find someone who clearly enjoys what they do and takes pride in making customers feel at home, but this server absolutely did.
The Oreo shake? Creamy, rich, and nostalgic in the best way. But honestly, even if the food hadn’t been as good (which it was!), I’d still come back because of the incredible service. A great server makes all the difference, and Sheyli was a standout.
Finally great waffles with real strawberries,
Also the super cluck, breakfast chicken Sandwich was amazing.
My go-to chicken spot when visiting California.
Great staff, great food, decently priced for Calfornia standards. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
The lady who is in charged of ordering had really bad attitude.

I always come to this place, the food is excellent, but tonight the girl who takes your order definitely needs to go home and rest... she serves very poorly and gave us terrible service... when the girl with heart-shaped glasses is here, it's better to turn around and go somewhere else... she will ruin your night.

The food here is usually pretty good, but the drinks are awful! Milkshake was warm and watery and the cold brew was mostly cream and sugar. Get the tenders, forget the rest.

I stopped for dessert after a concert at Chapman. Service was friendly and fast. I ordered the dessert sandwich; the waffle with Nutella, bananas and strawberries <3 so good!
It was the perfect nightcap.

We got the holy chicken waffle, hot Nashville waffle, and some mac n cheese. Both waffles and chicken were very good, but I wasn't that much of a fan of the mac n cheese because of the tangy sauce they put in it.
Also, I'd recommend not getting takeout but eating it there instead! By the time we got home and ate it, it was all soggy.

Fried food done excellently! Crispy chicken and crispy waffles with melty sweet butter on top, then you pour on the maple syrup… I’m craving it all over again. I liked the spice of the Nashville hot too! Attentive, sweet staff. Only thing to consider is the weather as it’s outdoor seating only.
