We were told 10 min wait time turned into 38 min wait time . Food was cold . Forgot one of the kids meals server didn’t come back to ask if we needed anything threw out the entire time had to flag busser down to get the sever wouldn’t recommend

My family and I decided to eat here after a long day at Disneyland and I regret it big time. We spent the same amount at PF changs the night before and the food and service was way better. The waitress Francina, forgot about our drinks at the bar and our food and so by the time we got it, drinks were melted down and the food was no longer fresh. She never even really checked on us. My husband had to keep stopping her because she forgot our appetizers and she kept saying “oh I forgot this and that” It wasn’t even that busy. I sent the food back because it was inedible. So dry and just not what I expected after eating at Buffalo Wild Wings. She never offered to comp us for anything. We’re on vacation so this experience was just so disappointing. Please do better.

I counted 4 servers, 2 were working and 1 of those were working hard. He helped three customers to ever 1 the other helped. As for the other 2, only witnessed them helping 2 tables while we were there. For the one server, he is under paid. Food was on par. Strange to "pre-pay" for a restaurant, it gives me the "gas station" vibe.

Demasiado tardado, They took 20 minutes to give us a table then 30 minutes after waiting our food, just to say that they were going to take 30 minutes more to serve so horrible service they made us wait 1 hour to finally cancel and paid $12 for drinks.....

As expected, the wings here are unbeatable. I always order the Asian Zing and Mango Habanero as they are spicy and have a sweet taste that I like. Fries are very crunchy and taste good which is a different level compared to fast food's fries. The only problem is that the long was kinda long. Didn't wait to get seated but waited like 30 minutes to get food.

The food was great and our waiter did a good job . But the bartenders took 45 mins to get the drinks we had to cancel them .
Wow the service was so ridiculous. Waited about an hour for the food to arrive even though the store not even full its almost empty and after they brought the food the order was almost like not even cooked food came fully warm even the drinks "water" came there not even cleaned well very poor service and place would never come again and wouldn't even suggest people trying this place your choice

The service is very slow and I just ordered 5 wings and some french fries. Which is a very simple order. The service was slow even though the restaurant is about to close. And it took a long time just to get a waiter to notice us and take our order. Nearly took 2 hours for my order, recommend wing stop top tier!!💚
