I give it a star because it does not let me do 0. The service was terrible. The waitress kept on forgetting out order and even a glass of water took almost half an our to arrive. They had nothing from the stuff on the menu.

Horrible experience! I ordered food online at 12:48pm. I got to the restaurant to pick it up and they hadn’t even started so I had to wait 20 minutes. I finally get my order, leave, only to find out they forgot 20 wings!!! Half my order was missing so I drive back. They remake everything, I leave only to find out they made the wrong wings. It’s now 2pm and I’m home frustrated with STILL the wrong order. On top of that, the forgot 3 ranch orders and an order of carrots. WHO IS WORKING HERE?! SO UNORGANIZED.

Don't bother coming here. I wasted my time. I started by going to the 21+ side not knowing their was a main dinning area. The poor woman their looked like she had no help and had to run that whole side by herself. Then once she told me there was another area, because I had a baby with me, I get there and no one is in the front. We had to figure out what the sign said cause that was practically wiped off which said seat yourself. When we did seat ourself we waited for someone, anyone to come to our table. Then when someone finally did come it was just to say u can't sit there its closed but yet no sign saying the area we were at was closed. I understand when its very late you dont have many people working but this was just ridiculous. I will NEVER be coming back to this location again!!!

Food was amazing at this location, my bf and I came in and we were helped by Robyn, not only was her service amazing, but quick, and efficient. She was serving at least 12 tables and with a smile which you rarely see now a days. 10/10 I would come back for both food and service :)

I had a really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was absolutely terrible — our server was unresponsive and seemed overwhelmed, which made us feel ignored. To make matters worse, the wait time was way too long, even though the place wasn't crowded. We waited forever for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and not worth the wait. Definitely not coming back anytime soon. Extremely disappointed.

If I could give this place no stars I would...the place is so dirty under staff and definitely really really really really slow service.. it takes 10 mins to get greeted..another 15 mins to place your order and about an hour to an hour and half to get food..I don't know how this place keeps driving people in here..and that's considering that I seated myself at the bar. This has happen 3 times I been here sometimes I ask myself why I keep coming back here. This corporation does give a shit about their custumers even less for their employees..this place is the worst place I ever seen ...and is coming from a server of 25 years in the industry. They should closed their doors. I hope the CEO of this corporation takes action and better this place.

The music is obnoxiously loud and inappropriate. Servers are inattentive and food takes forever to come out. I watched a table leave because they were taking forever to even take their order.

Was shopping in the area and stopped by for fuel and wings. Sat in the bar area, the bartender is the server and she was nice and friendly. Got my drinks (well mixed) fast and my wings quick…all are good. Just a typical chill bar with plenty of TVs of all type of sports. They do play loud music but great vibe. They also have dinning and outdoor sections.

Absolute WORST place to go. Tried coming here 3 times in the past 2 weeks. And each time we were told they’re not seating anyone currently… wait time would go from 15min to 1.5 hours and after getting a table, the wait for food is over an hour. So total from putting your name down to actually being served is about 2.5 hours… whoever the manager is, needs to be FIRED. Doesn’t know how to run a location. To make things worse, 70% of the restaurant is open…
