Ordered the chicken pita which came out completely dry and warped and the pita bread holding it all together just as bad or even worse. Thought I’d give this place a try again because they revamped the joint but it’s honestly no different than it was before. You want real shawarma just head over to Sababa in Anaheim and you’ll taste a flavor explosion of food along with the generosity and kindness of the staff. Side note(has nothing to do with the food): Don’t tell the only 2 people in line “that you need to keep the line moving and not to stand where we are”. The arrogant attitude of the owner is reflective in his subpar food. Owner experience aside if this place made stellar food I’d tell you. Hate being negative but it was funny how the man is entertaining his family and friends behind a roped off section and then walks out of his way to tell us not to stand where we were. You were not gonna get a food review but with that attitude you got one.

Been here a handful of times already. It’s an okay spot but the food isn’t consistent. My pita chips I ordered with my plate today are just plain greasy. Another time, the plate was too salty to enjoy, etc. I tried liking this place since I loved coming to the restaurant before but it’s just not the same. There’s potential but I’d say there are other Mediterranean spots I’d prefer like Pita Pita.

Baba G has fantastic service, but I really didn’t think the food was worth the cost. My salad was over salted and the bread was tasteless and super dry. My friend however had a good chicken shawarma but not amazing for what they charge. Everyone is super friendly, but I just couldn’t go back again. Sorry for the review but hopefully it helps to get this place on track.

The new concept is really nice. The menu is Mediterranean and its the same standards but made with healthier ingredients-NO SEED OILS! love the new look and BTW the hamburger is fantastic!

Love the new concept focused on healthy food. The grape leaves were delicious and the baba ganoush was really nice as well. I didn’t have the burger myself, but the two people I was with said those were good too.

This is one of the best Mediterranean restaurants I have been to. The food is very good, and it's consistently good. The service is very good and I love the atmosphere of the restaurant inside and out. Sadly we moved to Arizona and can't go there now but we went there for many years and we never had a meal that wasn't very good, thst includes their coffee and derrserts as well. I had talked to the husband years ago because he was creating a recipe book with all his great dishes in the book but sadly he didn't finish the book before me moved away. 😔
