Food is amazing service isn't. The last three times I've came in the cashier tells me we don't take cards with chip. Which is odd because I frequently come here and never had issues until they put in new card machines. This same cashier always gives me an attitude about switching over to charge me on the register where the card terminal takes my card. She's made me so uncomfortable by telling me she can't accept my payment the last three times I've come in when I know she can because I've paid with the same card at the same location multiple times. Won't return because of the service.

I came to this place to eat during the day today. The food is very good. Yes, I really enjoy eating it, but this place has a special feature. A lady standing at the cash register really caught my attention. She is being very disrespectful. I want her to correct these behaviors. I kindly request it. I would appreciate it if she was a little more respectful to customers.

I ordered 2 loin cakes without cheese (I can't eat cheese and all my life I have ordered food without cheese) this is the second time I come home and they have cheese, the last time I didn't call I just let it happen because it was a mistake Anyone can do it, this time I called, they didn't want to put me through to the manager, the only solution was for me to come back tomorrow and put the cakes away and they offered me a credit for other cakes wow, wow. Today I was left without dinner, I explained whether I should credit my card or a credit for a second time, they didn't want to do anything. I have had a business for 33 years and I know the importance of customer service, and this business loses more because I will not return. If you don't want to have a bad time, don't go to this place. They have terrible customer service. I don't understand why, unfortunately, only in Hispanic places there is such a bad service attitude. She asked me for the receipt number. Fortunately, she had it in her hand. He thought I didn't have it and when I told him he told me that he couldn't find the order and that he only remembered the two waters that I ordered but his memory of the cakes was erased!

I called an order in, if you only speak English , don’t bother. I ordered 1 Cubans torta and a bionico fruit salad. When my husband picked it up the person who took the order had it totally wrong. 8 cubanos and some salad I never recognizes. She corrected the Cubans problem but even with him pointing to the salad I wanted, on the menu she still put the wrong one in the bag. Very disappointing
Normally the service is bad with the ladies who obviously don't like their jobs, but it's all about MY HUARACHE with egg with avocado and my V8 juice without tomato and with a scoop of protein... TODAY, however, the service was very efficient and my HUARACHE SUPER RICH 10/10 THANK YOU ?

I usually love Cancun juice tortas, but this location in specific carne asada meat was horrible. It seems like it was from a couple days ago and wasn't even properly reheated and tasted like straight grease. I also ordered a chamoyada, and had 0 sugar all mango water ice and chamoy..

The food is very delicious and the people serve very well, you can eat with peace of mind although most of the time I order to go because I have a small baby and I wouldn't like the other diners to feel uncomfortable but I love it because I order by phone and as soon as I arrive everything is ready

The food was good but the service was all over the place plus it was small inside. So I recommend bringing only two or four people but no more than that because it is too small. I prefer the location in Tustin especially since it is nicer and is a little more spacious so it is bigger group friendly than this location. I also didn't like how this location wasn't self-serve water because it was at Tustin and it's nice because you don't have to keep asking them to refill my water. But overall this is okay but better for a smaller group or ordering to go. I would probably come back but not to eat inside probably just pick up.
