I tell them I ONLY want one item, and they still dont listen and continue to be aggressive and ask if I want the combo.... after I specifically always say I just want the one item and make sure to say ONLY.

Customer service is trash, they don’t like to give more than one condiment even if you order 3 combos.
I placed a mobile order (2 big cheeseburgers) and when I got home we discovered they were protein style. I went back and let them know and there was no apology, she took my order over the window and kept asking if I wanted it with buns. I don’t know what other way unless specified “protein style”. She came back with my order and one had no cheese, she then asks can I give it to you on the side? I told her no and if she can put it in the burger and she went back to the kitchen saying don’t hate me along with complaining that I wanted the cheese I drove back for in my CHEESEBURGER? With $10+ combos? Absolutely not. I couldn’t comprehend how insanely rude and stupid the entire interaction was. I said nothing, showed her I was speechless. CARLA JR DO BETTER

The place is pretty understaffed ... But it was incredible how the manager, kept a cool demeanor And multi-tasked to make sure everyone was helped and ensured the customers had a pleasant stay... I'm not sure what his name is but he worked today around 11 am a round of applause to an incredible employee 🙏🏽

Went to drive thru at 8:47pm the women on the inner com was super rude and she tried to act like my coupon that was currently valid on the Carl’s Jr corporate app wasn’t valid and wouldn’t work at their store location
Also there’s no friendliness or customer service then I pull over in the parking lot and start eating and then I realize that they messed up my order and gave me a single instead of a double on my famous star double and western promotion
So my buddy walks in the with receipt to get order fixed and the women that took my order gives some snarky attitude and storms in the bathroom
Overall with experience tonight I’m not impressed I’ve been going to Carl’s Jr now for years spending money on a monthly basis
This women needs to reprimanded and if she chooses not to have customer customer service
Then she shouldn’t be working in the general public in the food industry making 20 dollars hourly give somebody else her job that will do it correctly

Solid location. If you are a fan of Carl's Jr then you can order with confidence here. Staff is friendly and the drive-thru is very efficient. The inside of the restaurant is clean. The food is prepared correctly.
