Pedro is superb.He always has a smiley disposition whenever I come in to order breakfast or lunch for myself and team. He is attentive and gives a good ambiance to the restaurant. Super friendly and super quick service whenever I order with Pedro.
I came to eat at this location. It is very clean and the service is very good. The manager Pedro is very friendly and has excellent service. I would gladly return to this place.

The food is actually great, but the night time manager really needs more training on his customer SERVICE.
I went thru drive thru last night, ordered 2 Big Carl sandwiches (because they have been advertised, "Buy one, Get one for $1 more).
I get up to the window, pay for what I thought was my complete order and he hands me ONE sandwich in a bag, and akses me if I want a receipt. Im okay with not getting a receipt if I've been to a location quite a few times without incident and getting the correct order, but your cashier in the window really shouldn't ever ASK of the customer wants a receipt, it should be automatically given to the customer with their change...and
I knew something was off when I opened it and saw one sandwich so I asked him why.
He tells me "Thats only the promotion you get of you buy a combo."
I then inform him that I've been to that location several times and its not whats advertised.
He then tells me, that I am wrong and then strangely points to his screen to make it seem as though I am still wrong!
It was really frustrating because as a business your staff should ALWAYS HONOR the advertised promotions. ALWAYS.
Arguing with a customer or trying to make it seems as though they don't know what they are talking about really does put the business in a bad light.

The food is good and for being seemingly understaffed most of the time, they have good service still. My favorite items are always one of the big sandwiches and the poppers.
My main reason for lowering the rating ANY stars is because they have really bad milkshakes lately. I used to like getting a milkshake here every now and then, but the past two or three I've gotten have been watery. Not like the ice cream is melted, but more like they put in too much milk. But it shouldn't be 100% liquid right when it is freshly handed to me.

Very bad service, the place completely only the worst thing was the constant feeling of arrogance because we bought through the app and for asking for glasses of water! I think that the restaurant is alone not because of what is served but the people who make up the team of employees are not servers and show irritation while doing their job.
