We always come to this Carl’s Jr they always give great service when we come . They greet us with very welcoming smile . They bring our orders fast and hot . They keep the dining room cleaned and stocked .

They let your car gets towed even though you dined. No questions asked from tow company or explanation from carls jr where it got towed to. We had to track down our car on our own with car app at night in the cold weather. Nobody helped us. And we had to pay almost $400.

Very disappointed. I’ve been to this location many times but recently their service has been horrible. This time I was stuck waiting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes just to be given only 6 stars when I ordered and PAID FOR 9. My fries were so overcooked that it was inedible and so hard while another fry was ice cold. Nobody other customers were there so not sure what was taking so long. Carls is always so expensive for the horrible quality. I hope this establishment closes and gives another business the opportunity to provide good quality food and service.

On 2 separate occasions Via drive-thru:
1) I bought 4 burgers. I checked my bag before leaving the drive-thru and I only had 3 burgers in the bag. I told the guy i was missing a burger and grinned at me like he knew one was missing. It took him about 10 seconds to produce the 4th burger i ordered.
2) I ordered 4 queso-burgers and 1 famous star in the drive-thru, the guy took my order and gave me my total. I got to the window to pay and pick up my food, the guy told me they no longer had queso-burgers because they were limited time...I dont know why he didnt tell me that while i was ordering (he didnt have a good answer either) . He asked if i wanted all famous stars instead. I agreed and asked the price difference. He said he would give me a 10% discount. He gave me a discount on the queso burgers and not on the famous stars. the queso burgers are more expensive. A little irritated at the kid in the drive-thru i left without checking my bag... big mistake. I get back to work and I am missing a burger.
Needless to say be careful because these guys working at Carl's are definitely scamming.

I stopped to get something quick before driving home. By the time I got to the steak egg and cheese burritos I noticed just two sad pieces of bacon and no steak. At all. Too far for it to be worth it for one burrito. I usually get the breakfast sandwich and all their burgers never disappoint. The burrito was VERY flat and super thin, poorly wrapped. So I’d say check your burrito or don’t bother.

We waited over 30 minutes for our meal! They only had 2 other people in dine-in. And when asked for some ketchup, they never brought it, so after 10 minutes I got up to get it. Terrible service! Never coming back here!

Beware of this Carl’s Jr. location at the Outlets at Orange! My family and I were deciding where to eat, visiting a few restaurants inside the mall before finally ending up at Carl’s Jr. When we returned, my car had already been towed by Southside Towing. It was shocking and frustrating to discover that they were towing cars at an absurd pace—about five cars in just one hour, likely taking advantage of the Thanksgiving weekend traffic.
This experience completely ruined our day. Carl’s Jr. should take responsibility for this, as they are indirectly involved by allowing such aggressive towing practices. I strongly advise against visiting this location unless you want to risk your car getting towed. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

There towing cars in their lot during black friday/busy holiday season rather than towing them and letting stay already this location is struggling fast food place at the outlets, there towing during holiday season. What a blow to reputation of your location integrity, presentation of your management, and if anything rather than having particular parking spots with signs to carls jr only (not sure if they do, ) this towing issue could been resolved in this manner rather than taking advantage of local shoppers.

I came by to eat after I had did some shopping in the morning and I couldn’t find parking the lot was so full. I had to pass through the drive thru to order, so then I saw that the manager was working and I explained to her that I wanted to eat inside but her lot was full. She was so nice to me and said she was saving a parking for an employee, but that we could use it so we can eat inside. To our surprise it was very empty inside, but I am so grateful that she did that for us. Apart from the service being so great the food was very delicious and fresh. I will definitely be coming back here to eat again when I am in town. This really made my day today. ☺️
