Beware of this Carl’s Jr. location at the Outlets at Orange! My family and I were deciding where to eat, visiting a few restaurants inside the mall before finally ending up at Carl’s Jr. When we returned, my car had already been towed by Southside Towing. It was shocking and frustrating to discover that they were towing cars at an absurd pace—about five cars in just one hour, likely taking advantage of the Thanksgiving weekend traffic.
This experience completely ruined our day. Carl’s Jr. should take responsibility for this, as they are indirectly involved by allowing such aggressive towing practices. I strongly advise against visiting this location unless you want to risk your car getting towed. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

There towing cars in their lot during black friday/busy holiday season rather than towing them and letting stay already this location is struggling fast food place at the outlets, there towing during holiday season. What a blow to reputation of your location integrity, presentation of your management, and if anything rather than having particular parking spots with signs to carls jr only (not sure if they do, ) this towing issue could been resolved in this manner rather than taking advantage of local shoppers.

I came by to eat after I had did some shopping in the morning and I couldn’t find parking the lot was so full. I had to pass through the drive thru to order, so then I saw that the manager was working and I explained to her that I wanted to eat inside but her lot was full. She was so nice to me and said she was saving a parking for an employee, but that we could use it so we can eat inside. To our surprise it was very empty inside, but I am so grateful that she did that for us. Apart from the service being so great the food was very delicious and fresh. I will definitely be coming back here to eat again when I am in town. This really made my day today. ☺️

I stopped by after work to grab a bite to eat. The burgers tasted like if they were made right off the grill. They were very delicious and savory. The cashier was very nice and polite even offered us a cheesecake which was delicious. The food came out very fast and the dine area is pretty big and well maintained. I will definitely be coming back to eat again. Great service.

It’s a very busy place. I when for the Special & add a drink & miss my second hand burger ? I pay for two handburgers & they only put one inside the badge. I’m not asking for anything for free, Damit

Bad service. The guy at the drive thru dropped the change on purpose, and for what? I am always polite, even when i had to get out of the car and pick up my money on the ground. I will never buy food here ever again.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but had to on this one.. the employee that took my order didn’t hear right after I said I wanted a double patty protein style burger, and she confirmed double patty but only charged me for 1 patty and when I left to eat I saw that it was made wrong. I spent 20 minutes in line waiting to order and then drove off to a wrong order… I thought the manager Anahi would be considerate and refund me and make my order right but she insisted that I can’t get my money back that they would have to remake my order or that I would have to give them my bitten food and then I could get my money back. At the least she should have given me a refund and allowed me to keep the messed up order… What a petty resolution from manager Anahi, especially as a manager of a multimillion company… corrupt and stingy… Never buying from Carl’s Jr anymore they always get the order wrong. I’m glad they built an in n out next to them ✌?. On my way to in n out.
