The sandwich is HIGHLY overrated. There's not enough meat and it's $15 for one. Definitely not as good as Fra ks in Costa Mesa or Johns in Huntington Beach. Even Phillys best has a better sandwich. Plus they out lettuce in ut and wouldn't only do 1/2 the sandwich even though it is cut in half. I won't be going back.

When I went outside America, just hit me that original Philly steak sandwich. It’s soft cheesy and delicious. Manager with staff was friendly to my family.
I don't often have so bad of a dining experience that I'll never go back, but this place is god-awful. First, the food tastes bad. I've had many cheesesteaks in my life, but this was the most disgusting one I took a bite into. And that was after they screwed up my order & remade it. The young lady up front was rude as hell and open called me spanish curse words to her cook (thinking I don't know any spanish). So there was poor service, rude employees, unclean restaurant (no table was clean), and awful tasting food, I must say this is the worst place to get food at the Outlets of Orange. Avoid at all costs!

Service was horrible, got my order had asked for no tomatoes and no pickles, told the guy who gave it to me that I had let the cashier know we ain’t want no tomatoes and no pickles, all I was asking was to take it off, and this guy was giving me attitude. Order was over $90 last time I’m ever coming to this location.
