We've been coming here more than 20 years, almost since they opened. Some of the best Chinese food in OC, and I've gotten to know Daniel quite well. It's fairly small, but either dine-in or takeout, its worth a visit. Everything we've ever tried had been good.

This used to be my favorite restaurant for fresh Chinese food. Recently they have raised their prices and reduced the size of their portions. I spent $42.00 for 2 lunches to-go and when we got it home, the portions were at least 1/3 smaller than previously...served in small cups 1/2 filled instead of the former food trays. Sorry to say, I am now looking for another Chinese food restaurant...probably not going back to Chen's Panda. Too bad...their food and portions were formerly very good.

First time here and we had the chinese chicken salad and sauteed chicken on spinach. Both Delicious! Loved the way the hot sake was presented and enjoyed the tea too.

Plus, friendly, warm, and effecient service.

It's warm in here. They don't waste electricity on air conditioning.

We’ve dined and feasted at Chen’s Panda for years!!! Our parents love Daniel and his parents. The servers are truly amazing and wonderful. We feel like family here! Daniel has a gift of hospitality, of making you feel seen, welcome and truly demonstrates care throughout your dining experience!
Some of our favorites are the honey walnut shrimp, honey walnut chicken, tangerine beef, orange chicken, fried rice, eggplant and tofu and lo mein . Today we ordered 6 dishes and feasted! We love all the soups, too. We brought our dad who has heart issues + diabetes. Chen took such great care of his dietary needs and they made him a fabulous shrimp and vegetable dish that left him feeling so satisfied!
Our kids call Daniel “Uncle Chen.” His parents are also so thoughtful and generous. You can taste the love in every dish. That’s the magic at Chen’s Panda! LOVE!

I'm here dogsitting for a friend and saw the great reviews so I gave it a try. It's as great as everyone raves about! I tried the curry chicken and honey walnut chicken and both are delicious. I got the lunch portions thinking they'd be small and they're huge! I'm excited to have the leftovers for dinner! I'll definitely be back to try some other dishes!

We’ve been frequenting this restaurant for years. Dine in or takeout. Food is absolutely excellent. Ownership is always friendly, as well. They must try.

Best fresh Chinese homemade food that I've had recently. Very friendly family owned business. Food is craveable and never disappoints!

Great Chinese food, close to Irvine Regional Park!

Honey Walnut Shrimp serving size was a bit small, and it didn't come with veggies (e.g. cabbage).
