I live in Anaheim and this chick-fil-a is a cut above the rest. Their chicken is always on point and delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve gone many times and it’s always been good.
I used my Reward to enjoy one of my favorite sandwiches for lunch, but I was given the incorrect sandwich. The one thing I ordered was incorrect. Disappointed with the attention to detail. The bags for the sandwiches are different and even then it didn't seem important to make sure the order was correct.

To start things off the lady taking orders at the drive through was so slow and after pulling up in one line I watched 3 cars drive past in the other line and go ahead of me before she even got done with one car. The guy in the other line had to come to hers just to catch up the lines. Next on the list I ordered the new BBQ Bacon SPICY sandwich meal in large (wanting the large drink more then anything) and 8ct nuggets. When I pulled up to the window they handed me a medium drink and for some reason they upgraded the meal to large fries and medium drink? How does that make sense? Then my SPICY chicken sandwich was not spicy and for the grand finale there was a long white hair in my nuggets! Loose hair is my phobia so needless to say I will NEVER EAT AT THIS CHIK-FIL-A again.

I was in yesterday around 5:00 pm with my grandson. The nice young man at the counter was very patient & helpful. I didn’t get his name. Our food came promptly & my grandson knocked over his chocolate milk. I started to clean it up & Nancy came over & quickly cleaned it up & brought me a clean tray & another chocolate milk. When we were finished she bagged my grandson’s left overs & gave me wipes for him as well. Awesome customer service.
Ordered in the drive thru, fast service very nice employees but what got me to write this review was my husband forgot to ask for my tea and we realized when we were leaving the drive through and we were gonna park so I can get off and turning the corner the girl at the drive window was already coming running to give us the tea!! I wish I got her name hopefully she knows who she is but she deserves a big shout out!

First time visiting. Nice place restaurant with nice customer service with a small indoor playground. Only reason why I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is the odor in the restroom; it was very off putting.

I have come to these chick Fil a a lot , but today was not it , They missed my drinks ,so my husband had to drive back , when my husband went back they didn’t believe him at all , until he had to point them out and then they apologized for it , they also didn’t give me ketchup when I requested it . Also the fries were really salted , and not hot at all . Pretty disappointing.
