I’ve always loved Chick-fil-A, but this location really missed the mark. I asked for soda water (just carbonated water), and they tried to charge me for it as if it were a full soft drink. Every other Chick-fil-A I’ve been to offers it at no cost, so it felt unreasonable and honestly a bit petty.
Customer service is usually the strong point of this brand, but this policy left a bad impression. I hope they reconsider and bring their standards back in line with what Chick-fil-A is known for.

Chick-fil-A always meets my expectations, and this location is no exception. The menu is the same as all their other places, and the food is just as good.
* Chick-n-Strips: 10/10 - perfectly cooked and crispy * Waffle Potato Fries: 10/10 - so delicious and fresh * Hash Browns: 10/10 - our favorite item on the menu!
The workers were very friendly and welcoming when you first came in. We didn't have to wait at all to order, and the interior was very spacious. The parking is a bit tight, with limited spots, so finding a parking spot can be difficult during peak times.
We can't wait to come back!

This spot is awesome. Fast service and the workers are super friendly.
They had fresh flowers on the tables when I went in. I dunno if this is a new thing they're doing at all locations, but I was pleasantly surprised and my kids and I loved that aspect. It made the food more enjoyable somehow.

We had take-out so can't rate their atmosphere; but, generally all Chick-fil-A restaurants are family friendly and clean. Although the only thing I can eat here are their fries and new sliced tea drink (allergic to milk and eggs) my husband loves their new pretzel chicken sandwich and the iced mocha latte. And our dog loves the biscuits they give him. This time he was thirsty, too, so they gave us a small water. So nice of them!
Ordered my 8 count nugget meal at 10pm right a closing time. Ryan the “Manger” had me very disappointed. He canceled my ordered right after it had been placed and paid for. His excuse was the machines for turned off because it’s passed our closing time.. Didn’t meet my pleasure or expectations as a paying customer. Wasted my time and gas at this restaurant. Got a refund but definitely killed my night. They should not be lazy and turn off the machines early they should “turn them off” after the last customer has received their food. Never coming back here again.
