The manager is an absolute unprofessional rude mean midget. The food is absolutely disgusting I don't know what happened to this restaurant chain but this is probably why they're going out of business.I was outside throwing up and my son was inside trying to pay the bill when the manager came up to my son and tore the bill in half called my son an idiot and told us never to come back.Don't worry honey we won't come back we'll never ever eat at that place again nor any of those chains. Stopped by right after opening, good to know they had their backed potato soup ready-made. Ordered 2 servings to go one for myself and the other for a patient that I care for. She's usually hard to please food wise. I recommend that potato soup which is delicious, to her. And to my surprise she really enjoyed it. Thanks for making our day!

Absolutely amazing service, GREAT burger, and just a really good vibe here.Me and my buddy have been back about 3 times, always get the same table, and same waitress. I cannot remember her name, but she remembered us, brought out chips, salsa and Enchilada Soup, before we even ordered, (by the way, the Enchilada Soup is by far the best Soup I have EVER eaten, anywhere!!) She remembered our drink orders, and our food order too. Just great customer service!!! Simply doesn't get better than that. She is always right on top of drink refills, and even brought us "to go" drinks, without us even mentioning it! I wish it was in my power to double her salary!!The line cooks are freakin awesome too! One of the BEST burgers ever! Char on outside, super tender and juicy and really tasty! Vegetables were fresh and crispy and even the fries were superior!! All that and the bill for 2 people was $23 and change!! Good luck getting a burger, fries, drink and appetizers ANYWHERE else for less!!My new favorite "go to" for lunch.As for the waitress, we sat at the table right behind the entrance podium in the bar area. If anyone knows her name, please share. And tell her David and Doug just adore her and her wonderful smile and attitude! Great waitress!!

The Conscientious Critique
The reason for the 4 star on food, it’s fair. To receive a 5 star, you say, WOW now thats really dang good! Not Chili’s. Rarely have I ever said those words when eating at a Chili’s. That’s just standard for a chain restaurant to have when reviewing. So not a bad thing, just not going to earn that 5th unless they start wowing folks.The ribs were not bad. A bit on the fatty side and the sauce a bit too tangy for my liking. Didn’t have a smokey, slow smoked all day kinda flavor you expect from a rack, or in this case, half rack of ribs. The chicken strips always have the “pre-breaded in a factory” taste and feel. You know fresh hand breaded chicken when you taste it. The street corn was overdone and too much going on the exterior to get the real flavors of street corn, or corn in general. The jalapeño sausage was ok, had a tough casing and was not hittin the jalapeño notes I was looking for. You desire that snap, followed by juicy sausage with bits of jalapeño and cheddar just dancing in your mouth…. Didn’t happen. The fries here are always a disappointment. Not cooked well, even when asked to be crispy. If they need an instruction pamphlet on how to cook crispy fries, I’m sure we can see they get one or even google it. The meal took a bit to come out, so maybe being offered chips and salsa to ease the wait pain, would have been smart move. There winner for the saving stars and keeping the rating in the 3’s was the chicken enchilada soup. One, if not their best dish on their menu. The cheesecake was standard and lacking real flavor and wasn’t complimented by the sauce well, because there wasn’t much there. The lava cake was a good 2nd place contender as it had rich and delicious chocolate flavor with some decent vanilla ice cream in the center. The atmosphere was standard franchise location look and feel… Could use a new vibe or freshen things up a bit. Was the meal worth $70… No. Could it have been better, for sure! Was it bad… NO… So I think the conscientious critique on this is 4 stars… That’s a fair rating.

Asked server for lemon he brought it to us in his hand of course we put it to the side then asked for more this time he brought it to us on a receipt paper finally I just got up and went to the bar to get some myself, which this timenbartender used thongs to get it and put it in a small glass.And food was not good at all.
