Nail in food in my girls bowl.. my bowl had barely any chicken… never again chipotle never again. Worst of the worst. I quit this place forever.

Sadly the only thing that keeps us coming here is the actual food. So the product is still good, however dealing with lackluster service is getting harder every time. Employees start closing stations at 830 pm when the place closes at 10pm! At 9:10 pm you are told there is no guacomole.....appauling to say the least. All the food looks like its the last of everything by 830pm. I know this method....they make you feel like they are closing up shop so you feel inclined to take to go. Oh and you have to just accept that all the employees are having their private conversations with curse words and you basically interrupt their chats with you order. Horrible service ....hoping the food still stands as everything else goes downward

Had an awful time ordering an order I had just got at another location last week. Serving size was awful I ordered double meat chicken and barbacoa and combined it was less than 8oz which is under what it should be 4oz being the standard serving for meat. The amount of guac I got to was way less and even when asking for more they were like "that's all we can do" Just terrible. I'm never going back to this location. Plus all that and I get a huge gristle piece in my barbacoa.

Told to fill in my own hotsauce for the to go order... greeted with 3 empty hotsauce bottles. Thanks!

"I just work here" said the girl named Yesenia when I asked her if they will have cheese tomorrow since it seems like they are always "out of cheese" when it's almost closing time. I said will you have cheese tomorrow? It seems like you are always out for the past two days and it's been the same girl. She literally walked away and shrugged and said I just work here. And I said yeah that's why I asked you why would I ask a customer that question or anyone else? This girl is new and never has the service experience here been so bad. She always has some type of attitude. All other employees there are nice even if it's busy they still respond nicely and don't just say "I just work here" and act indifferent.

" I arrived at the food preparation gent ; the tallest guy working there ; and I NOTICED there was only about a half spoon of brisket left in the container ; so I asked the tall gent where is the rest of the brisket meat ; he said in the back ; he tried I guess to go get it but someone stopped him , as he came back empty handed ; so I asked him again ; and again ; in the back ! So I stated to him I don't want the crumbs in the bottom ; so then after a awkward pause he said it's gonna be 10 minutes ! " ALSO in the middle of all this I NOTICED the guy in charge staring at me like I stole his bike as I was seeing hardly any meat in the container. So I left and ate elsewhere. " Terrible leadership and customer service. " Won't be back there again !!! " Is that policy to run out of brisket ; then make customers wait 10 minutes?

Been to this location many times and unfortunately the food quality has always been poor. Staff usually seems not properly trained but at least there friendly. Do your self a favor go to different location.

where do I even start, i payed about 20+ dollars to have chipotle delivered to my house and as a person who is dieting and busy I need quick and healthy food so imagine to my surprise when I order a burrito bowl with double steak and beans to only see the bowl half way full, you would think that for the price of a bowl it would be atleast decent portion NOPE, I payed more than 20 dollars for only HALF A BOWL! I now know that I will go in person from now on, I also want to mention that I did move the food to one side and push that way to make it more obvious of how little food I received
The place is expensive but has a nice atmosphere and service.

I found everything to be mediocre about this experience. It feels overpriced for what it is but I’m guessing this is a California problem. We had the quesadilla and bowl.

You guys need to work on better portions you they barley put any meat on the bowls and even when you pay for extra they give you a small amount if I’m paying 25 for a bowl I expect it to have enough portions it’s ridiculous
