Honestly, I’m so disappointed. Each time my boyfriend and I come here around 9pm, they always say they don’t have steak… and let’s be honest… the only REAL reason they have is simply because they don’t want to make some because they’re lazy, since they close at 10p.m. It’s LITERALLY THERE JOB TO MAKE THE FOOD THATS WHY IM PAYING THEM!!! smh never coming here again. You need better employees that take there customers needs into consideration instead of blowing them off due to carelessness and laziness!

Portions have gotten out of control. I got a bowl and did not even get half a serving of chicken so I asked if I could get a little more chicken to make it a full portion. The worker PRETENDS to put chicken in. I said, “no chicken went into the bowl”. she says “oh okay” and proceeds to put ONE piece of chicken in the bowl. Manager was standing right there and wouldn’t do anything about it. This location is the absolute worst and this is not the first time this has happened to me. Bring back the high school workers that would hook it up. I’ve been ordering bowls that aren’t even halfway filled up. and don’t get me started on the side of chips. I think I got a bag with about 10 chips in it. I’m starting to think the workers get paid more the less food they serve customers. I can never come back to this location, but I wish I could so I could take a picture of how ridiculous the bowls look. What happened to this Chipotle?! All we want is fair portions.

Ordered 2 bowls and 1 burrito all of the rice was hard and under cooked. When I came to replace my order I was told to wait back in line. Terrible customer serviceUpdate: The rice is still HARD!

I’ve been coming to chipotle for years and I usually don’t have any complaints…but this time was awful. I ordered a steak bowl and the lady working only gave me a few pieces of steak. And when I mean a few it was like 3 small pieces. I’ve never been so disappointed at a chipotle bowl before in my life, but this has gotten out of hand… I will not be returning

CHIPOTLE OWES ME MONEY!!Online order for large chips and large guacamole. 8$ for that size and portion. But go figure, chipotle zombies are at it again....EVERYONE KNOWS THE CHIPS AND GUACAMOLE ARE OVERPRICED AND LOOK WHAT THEY DID NOW.... placed an order for several people coming over, obviously we want large guacamole and large chips to feed everyone. The large gauc is extra money over the regular size, total 8$. To no one's surprise here they gave us the regular size. Here's the photos and receipts. For any skeptics, no they didn't give us two regular sizes and no we didn't hide it from the photo. This is what we got. This location has zombie employees that do not care and barely pay attention so no one is surprised but very inconvenienced. See previous review for zombie references... CHIPOTLE OWES ME MONEY AND I HAVE RECEIPTS. Be aware to all customers to check your bags and the bowl containers for accuracy because they don't, wont or care

This location is hit or miss. Came in around 2 today with no one in line before me. At least 5 employees behind the counter doing various things, no one helping a customer, and yet I waited about 4 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there. It's weird. They see you come in, see you standing in line, yet don't even bother to say "be right with you" or make any eye contact? Very strange. Food always seems good here, but customer service needs major improvement.

Out of all the Chipotle locations, this one really rations their meat portions. Their bag of chips is almost empty. I think mine had 12 chips today. The queso was cold. The chips and queso are the main reason I come to Chipotle. It is so disappointing that such a large corporation is so extreme on portions.

Was there Saturday night about 6:30pm. They were not busy. In fact they were helping 1 customer in front of me. By the time I paid for my order there were 2 people behind me....so again, not busy.Been going here a long time. I like the food. I don't have any issues with the food for the most part. Occassionally the lettuce is on the brown side and sometimes the avacados used in the guacamole are not ripe, thus the guac is not mashed very well. Sucks to get a cup of guac, only to have half of it taken up by a avacado that is unedible.Back to my review on the staff. I find that they are always in to much of a rush. When they are busy, I get it. But my visit the other night was not busy, and I have been there at other times when there was no one in there. The first person that helps you needs to do a better job of listening to the answer when they ask you a question. You order a burrito, they ask you immediately what kind of meat. After telling them 2x that you want only rice, no beans, they ask what kind of meat again. Then when you get to the 2nd half of the order making they slap everything on there like the faster they go, the more they get paid. I've gotten to the point where I ask for one topping at a time, otherwise I have repeat myself 2-3 times. They just don't listen.Then when I got to the cashier, the trend continued. They gave me the total for my burrito before asking if I wanted anything else. I added chips/guac and a large drink. The guy running the cash register was in such a rush he forgot to add the drink. I had to repeat myself a third time. Then he gives me my receipt and pushes my bag towards me and says have a good day. "um, you still forgot my drink cup". Maybe slow down and listen to what the customer is saying.

Foods are excellent, but the services are not good tonight, and I guessed probably because I came and ordered Foods at closing hrs, and they're not doing a good job.

They need to work on customer service. I use to go there a lot but I rarely go now. I went this week and no welcome when u walk in like they use to do. Portion is ok not the greatest. I love the food besides that.
