Drove all the way over there after the gym and arrived an hour before closing and they had containers on the counter. Asked loud and clear if they were possibly closing early before ordering, bc I didn’t know if they were closing an hour early or just bringing out new food. The staff member just turned and walked away like I asked a dumb question. She straight ignored me. I just left - I have worked in hospitality for years and would never treat somebody like that. I can read the room and I don’t want food from somebody who doesn’t want me to be a customer

This is the filthiest Chipotle I have ever seen in my life. The floors are full of trash. The trash cans are overflowing. The tables are disgusting. I’ve never seen anything like it before.
There is trash strewn all over the floor in the kitchen. Instead of sweeping it up, employees kick it around like a game of soccer. Who runs this disaster area of a restaurant?
I have never seen any Chipotle where the staff cares less about cleanliness. There is no way there is that much trash and food on the ground and the place doesn’t have rodents or roaches. Ewwww. I don’t understand how anyone can eat here.
It’s enough to make you want to hurl.

Kind of annoyed idk what the price of tacos are I get the same order when I come and when manager is here it's 12 dollars the other employees keep charging 15+ though so it doesn't make sense. Can lilly please go over the pricing with her team or something cuz it's been 12 dollars last 3 times but when she's not here they wanna charge more so I'm just confused

This location is so dirty. This place need to be remodeled badly. Bathrooms, stink, and look horrible paint is dingy and extremely dirty like nobody scrubs anything. Back of the chairs are black from dirty hands and grease tables are barely holding on. The food is decent, but I’d much rather go to the Anaheim location than this location. If I have the time it grosses me out to eat here, but I do out of necessity sometimes. The music is so extremely loud you cannot have a conversation with anybody even sitting right next to you. It’s a little obnoxious.

Horrible experience! Talk about disgusting filth! Wife and I went in for dinner. 6:40pm 03/01/2025. Being that I was focused on the menu, I honestly did not look at the place till we waited for our order and my wife went to the restroom to wash her hands. The trash cans were overflowing, the floors were dirty, tables were filthy. My wife comes back from the restroom and said it was absolutely disgusting and the floors were full of urine! All while one employee just stood behind the counter doing NOTHING! Not sure if its his job to keep an eye over the shoulder of the cashier but that all he did! The only time he moved was to get on his cell phone. Is it possible that at this time and on a Sunday there are just no managers? This will be the one and only time I step into this CHIPOTLE!
Ordered online pickup thinking it would be fast after picking up dog post surgery from vet. Waited over 30 minutes for pick up Order. Could have gone through regular line 3 times. Many customers waiting for pick up. Order with pick up time later than those waiting was made before. Manager clearly can't mange jack and should be fired immediately.
