The staff member helping us was super nice however, service was slow, things were served by piece almost, for example, we got the pizzas first, 15 mins later, drinks, another 15 mins later, appetizers. Bathroom ran out of toilet paper, my daughters had to text me to bring her some. It seems like they are understaffed is all. But those that are there are trying their best, and even though they're overworked, they had a good attitude.

Have been coming to this location for over 15 years with my kids and have always had a pleasant experience. Today unfortunately was not one of those days. It was a full house and it was hectic. Staff was working 150% cleaning & serving. Everything was not good but understandable for the current situation. What really ticked me off was what looked like the manager in the back. She made a few trips to the cashier area and was on her cell phone. It seemed like a personal call because she was glued to it. Didn’t acknowledged the customers, made whatever approvals or corrections was needed and walked to the back. She seemed to be irritated and in a bad mood. I arrived about 3:30pm and left at 6pm as I left she was still on her cell phone. Wow maybe if she assisted her staff everything would run much smoother. Just thought upper management would like to know.

I just needed to take the time to write a review on this Chuck E Cheese spot. Me and my wife have been coming here for months with our little ones and it’s always been busy and jam packed. Nevertheless , on this day of my daughter’s birthday , we were greeted by Kenneth the manager who was covering many other employee positions as to checking us in.
We had a slight problem with our Groupon code and it took a few minutes to solve. But we just want to say that Kenneth had such respectful and humble customer service towards me and my family . He never argued with us nor gave us any attitude no matter how escalated it got with the Groupon situation. He kept it cool and calm and also offered us gifts for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. To anybody that wants to go to Chuck E Cheese , come to this spot . Def recommend with the hospitality and service that Kenneth provided for us tonight as well as other times we came, the staff never disappoints ????? Aloha

I payed for the trampoline for 2 and being there for 1hr waiting for someone to go open the trampoline every time my granddaughters wanted to go in we had to go look for the person I change of taking care of the place .I got to speak to the General Manager Aaliyah Bentley but I wasn’t satisfied with the service .Theres no point on waisting ur money in a place like that so disappointed of this place in orange
