Took my kids and went there ordered a Lg pizza and a salad we ate a couple of slices and got up to play so I covered my pizza and got up with kids we also have the gold membership and the purple cups for drinks eventually one of my kids gets thirsty so tell him go fill up your cup and he says it's gone i go look and sure enough my soda cups and pizza was gone spoke with the manger and he replaced my lg pizza with a medium since we ate out of it and also replaced my cups just not happy that someone actually threw away my stuff or took my stuff.

Ipad that’s used for nonverbal communication got stolen here and the workers could care less about it. They were no help and very rude. I was frantic looking all over and they went about their day. Last time going to this chucky cheese and will be taking the time to drive to rose to go do that establishment.

No one helps here. Waited over half an hour to be seen at the ticket redeem area. Waited another half an hour to get help with the tickets and still waiting no one is helping this place is so bad go to any other chuck e. cheese or just go to dave and busters. Under staffed and the staff that is here is the most unhelpful and unhappy people. I never leave bad reviews my last bad review was years ago this place is truly horrible. Trash everywhere and overcrowded. Kids keep getting hurt because they’re everywhere. Just to add to this absolutely horrible place the games don’t work! (edit) Out of everyone Nicolas Solved our problem. Only good worker this place has Thank you Nicolas!

I come to this location often and the staff is usually nice, but I didn’t have a good experience with an employee. My kids went into the jungle gym and since we usually come for the games, we didn’t know you needed to pay for socks. Lizeth came over and began addressing my kids telling them to get off instead of looking for the adult and at the time it was only us there. After this, we went and bought the socks. As my kids played I noticed she was watching the area like a hawk from the cash register. Lots of very small kids were going inside without socks and every time she would come over and address the kids not even try to find out who the parents were. I don’t think that’s appropriate for her to come and just approach the kids and kick them out. Most of them were too small to understand. Super disappointed in how one experience here with ONE employee could change how I feel about this location. She must be making commission for every kid she kicks out-it’s ridiculous.
