The play and food combo car deal is a good value, and each of the choices was ordered at our table and they were good portions

The manager in green shirt was very unhelpful when asked for multiple play cards for a big group of kids for a party of 40. He said, you can just got get them at the kiosk. He insisted we go get them at the kiosk when he just handed another party a stack of cards in front of us. That party was smaller than 40 and when asked for that similar service, the manager in green said “oh that's for them. I don't have any more.” But we have a big group... we're going to need lots of play cards. So we ended up not purchasing lots more play cards.

Waitereas was horrible! She got orders wrong took forever to check on us. And took forever to receive drinks and food. Forgot about orders and drinks

We made reservations got there cost was different and no server for the private rooms. Went to normal table took 30 minutes for drinks another 40 minutes and 3 out of 8 people got food another 40 minutes and the rest got food. Id understand if the place was crowded however there were 3 tables with people. Waitress couldn't even hear us the TV was so loud very disappointing

Our server Daniel was awesome! Very attentive,gave good suggestions for food and drinks. The ambience was perfect for our kids and us adults.

Not really sure how this place runs but this girl had a really bad attitude. Even cussing at her coworkers loudly as if not on the clock. And has an attitude with customers. Definitely not a good experience!!

Came here to join the chargers watch party against the cowboys. Was sat at a seating bar facing TV but bar service was terrible. No one comes to check if we need more drinks or to offer food menu. Just terrible. Bar tenders look like they have no energy to work. We were only 2 people sat right next to the bar which makes it crazy, you would think they would take care of us right away since we’re at a bar seating.

Had a great time! Fun games for kids and adults and multiple places for adults to get away and have their time while letting kids play and being able to keep an eye on them while we enjoy ourselves! This was my first time at Dave And Busters but we have found a new hangout spot!
Friendly service, food was good. Busy, almost felt like you were in Vegas. Big screens showing sporting events.

Great place for fun. But if your hungry order your food first or eat before you get there. Waiting on food can take a long time especially on a busy night or packed night. Games are great just wish they had more photo booths. If you want to have a really good time bring your money it can get very pricey. The game cards go fast.

One star (which I am forced to give) is due to the extremely rude bartender with the beard wearing the sports jersey-Been to this particular Dave and Buster at least 100 times-This past Thursday, found ourselves there again before watching a movie. Happy hour starts at 4 P.M. Went to the bar to order a cocktail and was informed by the bartender that he could not honor the happy hour price because it was 3:58 P.M. 3:58 P.M.! Seriously? By the time he made the drink, it would have been 4 P.M. Thought it was a joke! Definitely not HAPPY hour-Will never return! Attitude and condescending tone was disgusting!
