As a former worker for the franchise I enjoyed the new renovation. I was stunned to be honest. Big total upgrade so use to seeing the attraction in the corner and the old set up. It was super busy on Saturday so many folks just enjoying a great time..we came in to celebrate a friend's bday. But we had ran into some issues that my friends who paid didn't want to speak up about but we were overcharged for our drinks and food. The cook or busser Jose was very rude. We got the bottomless chips and salsa and fries. We didn't ask for another round. When he said here you go. He just dropped it on the counter with an attitude. Then proceeded to take the plates back and decided to turn around in front of the manager Matt and placed it back politely. Which threw us off. Then as for paying for dinner. They notice there was an uncharged and mentioned that the other table we had was going to be placed on the bill was charged separately so my friend was very dissapointed and we was convinced to walk away cause I believe he spent 700$ and was not impressed by the service. The drinks were great and the food was as well. Service from the bartenders were great but overall. Despite what happened I had a good time.

Gave the bartender my card to open a tab and he even told me what my total was up to and as I’m walking away to go play the games and look around he starts screaming at me like a crazy person that I didn’t pay which was so embarrassing because then everyone around the area was just staring at me like I was in the wrong and the other female bartenders next to him started laughing when I walked back he said if it was cash or card and I had to tell him that he literally had my card when I went to close out my tab a little while later after all of that happened it took a while because it looked like none of the bartenders wanted to talk to me they just kept passing by and ignoring me even though it wasn’t my fault at all and when he gave me the receipt the total wasn’t what he had told me before but I couldn’t see if it was the right amount because he didn’t give me a receipt that had all the drinks and their prices just the merchant receipt that stated the total and had a space for a tip and signature never had a place that didn’t give me the customer copy I took a picture of the receipt just in case

It's cool. Game Works was cool too. What happened to Game Works or ESPN zone *ESPN zone was at the spectrum But you were able to race Real But Fake...not really Fake though. It was legit.

I think the service workers attitudes were okay, but shoutout to my girl Tatiana because she had the best attitude overall, and she is amazing.
However, this Dave N Busters is probably the worst one I went to. A lot of the games were broken down, and a lot of the four player games ( like the racing games ), you can’t play together, and at other Dave N busters you can’t. And I noticed the basketball games, they gave you way less time than other Dave n Busters, and other Dave N Busters have way more games in general. They also have more games you can play together.
In total, we spent $70, for four players, but it was not worth it.

This was my second week coming to this location and same thing happened to me, the bartender service is trash here, I asked for a water to start a tab for me and my girl, and I waited round the bar area to ask for a drink once we saw the menu, all the bartenders ignored me when I flagged them down until a guy with glasses and nose piercings said “they said you’re ‘only water person’ we didn’t think you’d order drinks” last weekend I stood at the bar waiting for bartenders to get my order with the similar issue. A couple who randomly sat at the bar got service before me, with the same bartender who had glasses and nose piercings took their order and ignored me as I was waving him down to order. I wanted to give this location a chance but clearly they lack customer service and prefer to tend to customers with more than one person. I’ll come back again to snap pictures of the same bartenders since I’ve seen the same review of them :)

This use to be the spot to come with family n Friends. Ever since the new remodeling the service has sucked more & more. I Waited with my kid for over 15 Mins and no one approached our table after the Hostess sat us down. Spoke to the manager and even she had an attitude. Sitting next to the kitchen double doors, at least 10 staff members passed us by and not one said anything. Father / Daughter time was ruined.

Service is pretty crappy on the arcade side: Waitress came by only once, after our food was delivered, both our orders were incorrect and she was sought out for assistance too and we couldn't find her. 🙄🙄 But the arcade was a bitchin' time and that's what I went for. It's a *very* loud place: The 'sports' area is so loud, I couldn't hear myself think. I'm ND and immediately started stressing and took a lot for me to not run out the door. 😆 Fortunately, The workers on the 'sports' side were very thoughtful and though the patio was not open for service, they were willing to accommodate us, (I believe the one to immediately say 'yes', was a manager too) but we decided to sit on the arcade side. The arcade area is more tolerable noise-wise and a good time. If you're reluctant to go in 'cause of the noise for whatever your reason, try ear buds, hopefully, it'll do the trick. 😁👌 Don't miss out on the fun! I'll be returning for the gaming only and dranks. Have a good time, Y'all!!!

Probably the worst service I’ve ever seen and ever experienced. Visited this location on 02/16/25. There were several of us in line waiting to speak with a Hostess (no one at the stand) for 15 minutes until finally someone called a waitress over and she sat us down. Finally we sit down and we were passed by 4-6 waiters with no acknowledgement. 20 minutes pass by and I decide to call over a waitress and ask politely if there is a waitress assigned to our table. She says “I don’t know. I’ll find out” then later comes back 15 minutes later and finally takes our order for drinks brings the waters to our table and leaves again. At this point my husband and kids have been waiting for 50 minutes and have only received our waters. We look over to the cash registers and there’s about 4 waiters hanging out by the registers and laughing it up. So we decided to leave and go across the street to In-n-out.
