Of course it was super loud...it was the world series. We expected long delays. Everything came out hot and fresh tasting. The waitress was great.

We had a dart suite. Our server who didn't really talk and didn't once smile would disappear for very long periods of time. The food was really bad, and this was our entire party's opinion. Wouldn't dine here again. The ambience, lighting, music, TV's, and arcade games were awesome!

Sadly I picked this place to enjoy for my birthday and WAS NOT HAPPY with service and food, management was no help! Food was cold but they didn't offer to take it back manager just apologized!!! Server was horrible walked away plenty of times cause a coworker needed him! I don't was upset about it all! . Poor assistance

This location has gotten nicer over the years. Apparently they are a test location for D&B, so they often get new menu items first. Staff is always tremendously friendly and helpful.

Reserved a dart room for my bf bday and it was beyond my expectations. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The whole group had a great time and had so much fun. Can't thank the sales manager Sofia and manager on site that day Eugene enough for organizing the day. But the waiter Tom was beyond exceptional with his service. The are was clean and great atmosphere. The good was again beyond my expectations. 10/10 recommend.

I ordered a steak salad that took an hour to show up. We had to track down our server twice, and when he finally came back, he said it’d be “just 3 more minutes” because of the steak — even though I asked for it medium-well. Another 30 minutes passed before the salad finally arrived. It was comped (thankfully), but it was just okay — with massive chunks of blue cheese that were overwhelming.
We later moved to another area for drinks. A different server took our order; 4 of us asked for waters along with a couple alcoholic drinks. He only brought the alcohol, no water at all. At that point, we were just done and decided to leave.
Really disappointed with both the service and the food. Won’t be back anytime soon.
Great location! Fun time with the family. Purchase a summer pass. Makes good and games easy more fun.

I typically go to the location at the spectrum, but was meeting up with a friend who lives in Brea so we met in the middle. I found myself a little let down with the layout and game selection comparatively. Still a huge facility and they do have a few of their new “premium” experiences like immersive game arena and others, but the $20 per person per very limited time frame pricing totally nullifies any benefit that adds. Overall it’s a D&B, you know what you’re going there for. I just personally prefer the spectrum location for a more smooth and complete experience.

I went to Dave & Buster’s with a couple of friends and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food came out barely warm, and the portions were so small that it looked ridiculous on the oversized plates they used. To make matters worse, the service was terrible. Our waitress barely checked on us, we never got refills, and when we asked for extra sauces, they never came. It took forever just to get her back to the table. For the price, we expected way better. Definitely not coming back anytime soon. $51 dollars for just me and my wife crazy!
