It's kind of odd that at this location none of the employees were nametags it's a little suspicious also. The company condones it but most other outfits their employees are required to have name tags in case there's a complaint or even a compliment. However this place everyone's a mystery and I don't really feel comfortable in that environment so I won't be going there any further.

Super clean location. The tables were wiped right before we got here, you could tell they were drying. A fry fell off a person's tray and within seconds, it was picked up. The place had lots of diners, not even a shred of cheese on the floor. The food was as expected, DelFresh! We love the Del tacos, fresh crunch shell, packed with meat, cheese, tomatos, lettuce in perfect proportions. Fresh fries, no old oil here.

Came here at 9:30 ish am , the drive thru person was quick,efficient AND she was polite but most importantly the food was Great and I always ask for specifics like only meat or can it be well done , all the extra stuff and it felt accommodated.

Came through the drive thru on 11.19.2023 and while waiting in the car for my food, I saw through the drive thru window the guy who took my order helping someone inside the store. He was getting cash/change for the customer. Then he walked over to me (drive thru window) and handed me the drinks that I ordered without changing his plastic gloves. So I told him that he needs to change his gloves before touching food/drinks after touching dirty money. He said he only touches drinks and not food. But that’s the same thing because drinks are still consumed like food. He walked away then came back as if he just put on new gloves. But I couldn’t be certain. Then proceeded with putting my food in the bag. When I got my food, I pulled out of the driveway and checked if they gave me all the food I ordered. I noticed I’m missing an item. So I parked the car and went inside. This time a woman helped me. She printed the receipt and checked my order. It wasn’t there so I had to order it. She didn’t even apologize. I guess what can we all expect from a cheap fast food restaurant, right?! But it all depends on the kind of people that works there and management. This particular store has nothing good to offer. So go to a different location if you can avoid it.

It's fast food and rating based off of that and not just rating it compared to some fancy restaurant. I don't know if this was confusion on the deal itself or what. But I wanted 4 tacos and ordered based on deal that was 2 for $4. Wanted only 2 "deals" for a total of 4 tacos. Ordered as 4 tacos but ended up getting rung as 4 deals for a total of 8 tacos. I guess there's a disconnect on how it's in their computers and how the customer orders. But it did get fixed via refund. Just glad I looked at my receipt before they made all those tacos.
