Looks like you guys need to hire people that know what they are doing
Besides getting handed the wrong order, the workers didn't look like they knew what they were doing. Scrambling around to make it look like they are working. Secondly it took them just shy 20 mins to make 4 chicken soft tacos. Which is beyond ludicrous. I've been going here my whole life in which the service is never even good. Especially when most of their workers speak mostly Spanish and no English in AMERICA. For being a life long customer I'll probably never eat del taco again.

Got three value tacos. Per the Del Taco website, their weight should be 65 grams each; however, the ones I got averaged about 45 grams each, about 1/3 less than what was stated. I sent them several messages, but after a couple of responses from them, I got dead-silence.
The store that I go to is a lot better than it used to be, but is a far cry in all facets from, say, In-N-Out Burger.
