I wanted to get $25 on my gift card to get the free chicken tacos coupon. The manager was on the window. She rang the order up and gave me my card and a coupon. I saw $20 charged and thought, oh, I had the amount wrong. I threw the coupon in its spot in the car.
A week later, I go to use it and found it was a generic bogo coupon for a bean and cheese burrito they give anyone. I didn't save the coupon. While the card will be used, i just tied up $20 in a gift card that could be in the bank earning interest. The whole reason for the purchase was a coupon and instead, I got a nasty attitude and what I consider to be a false charge on my credit card by an inattentive manager!

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years, and the quality of food and service has worsen over time. I asked to used the restroom after going through the drive through which I waa told to wait for the person inside to let me in. The thing is that no one was in there. The people up-front just didn't care to even to open the door for a customer. I am done with this place - just remember that you are not a customer regardless if you eat there.

I was really looking forward to my meal at Del Taco, especially since I don't eat fast food often, and I have a soft spot for their food. However, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed.
I pulled up feeling hungry, but when I received my order, I was shocked. The French fries were cold, burnt, and hardāalmost inedible. As for the quesadilla, the cheese tasted old or spoiled, and I ended up spitting it out. Itās frustrating to think that I spent my money on food that was not only unsatisfactory but disappointing
Fast food should be consistent, and one of the basics is serving fresh fries. If items have been sitting too long, they shouldnāt be served. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's unacceptable for customers to receive food like this.
While Iām not blaming the franchise as a whole, the choices made by the employee who prepared my order were disappointing. This experience has made me reconsider returning. I cannot recommend employees in establishments that donāt prioritize the quality of their food. š£ļø If it's old and been sitting there all morning throw it away ā¼ļø however I would like to add this particular employee was very friendly got my order correct and even told me to have a nice day when I left so her customer service skill dealing with people are excellent I was happy about that at least

Policy is the customer has to use the touch screen at this del taco. Never mind, IN N OUT doesn't have this policy. No wonder del taco has less people in the drive lane and dining room than the nearest IN N OUT.
I walked in, and I immediately noticed instead of a friendly face to greet me and take my order. It was a monitor, which I had never operated before and took me four minutes maybe five minutes to figure out how to order a burrito and a taco and a Coke. This will be my last visit to Del taco at this location, the monitors do not make it any easier in fact much more difficult. It takes time and Iām not going to stand for it. Iām out of there.

Del Taco is always a reliable choice for us. As vegetarians, it can be difficult to find something fast and nutritious when you are in a rush. A bean &, cheese burrito is always a choice that fits the bill. Plus, their fries are awesome!

Slow service, food tasted like trash and if you have an emergency like I did, I have a urostomy bag and they have two bathrooms. I asked and was told the bathroom is out of order, when clearly I see the workers using one of the two bathrooms. This establishment clearly doesn't care about anyone and I'm s veteran.

Del Taco has been my favorite fast food spot for over 40 years. Naugles was my favorite until Del Taco bought them out and merged. Now it's the top rated fast food chain in the country. Fresh ingredients, lower prices.
