Not the nicest location- it looks old and in need of cosmetic touch ups plus a good deep cleaning. The young Latina clerk is too importantly busy to practice manners if your skin happens to have built-in UV protection. But you can’t tell these sunscreen using young women they need to reduce their aggressive behaviors. They can’t comprehend that being rude isn’t a privilege.

Just heads up the new employees don’t know how to make the drinks that well like if you ask for half boba the end up putting to much or to little and if you ask for double somthing they put way to much to the point it’s not

I have to update my review bc their drinks are solid and consistent and their boba is always perfectly soft and chewy. This place is the best boba is Orange! Do not make the mistake of going anywhere else in Orange.

My favorite and go to boba spot. Every time I have ever come here there's always available parking and no line. The staff is friendly. Old school games inside to entertain yourself with. I usually order the oolong milk tea with 50-75% sweetness, with boba and pudding. I noticed the small size is smaller than the cup displayed and it hasn't made it back to my house full, but the big side is like a normal so I get that and it's like $7.95.

Strawberry milk tea with boba was pretty damn good. It was my first real time eating boba and it wasn't bad at all. I did choke on some of the balls, but I ended up being okay. The flavor was quite nice.
Great boba experience from beginning to end! I can’t believe how nice and friendly all the workers were, especially the owner! They know how to treat everyone with respect and make me feel like family. I drove all the way from Valencia for boba, and will do so again and again!

Tea!All three drinks were decent taste and not so special as compared to other places (Tastea, recently tried ??) I’ve tried Boba Tea!Overall a decent Milk Tea spot!??
