Terrible service. I called and the guy answering took 15 seconds to respond every single time! We also asked for original chicken wings, but they gave us hot buffalo. We made sure twice saying original please, but we got buffalo.

I hadn’t ordered Dominos in years, and never think of Domino’s when I am craving “good pizza” but I decided to order today because of the $9.99 deal. (For some reason my pizza was $10.99 but I didn’t care, because it was excellent! Hot and clearly freshly made, lots of toppings, crispy crust, super cheesy, and delicious. And the gentleman who brought it out to my car, had a big Friendly smile on his face. I will remember Domino’s the next time I need to order a good pizza!

I recently ordered the 2 medium pizzas with a coupon It was not good the pizzas barely had any toppings and cheese it was mostly crust. Looks like whoever made it just threw it together fast. I wanted olives on a pizza one slice had none or 2 olives. Did not taste good customer service did give me a case number but still no resolution. I wasted my money basically...

Order was placed at 6:30 was told it would be ready at 6:48 . Got there was told it would be 15 minutes more . Waited 7:00 pm came around and pizzas were still not ready even tho the app and in the store it said my pizzas were ready . Was told it would be 5 more minutes . Long story short 7:30 no pizza and had to get a refund . Why mark the pizzas as ready if they are not and make customers wait . Also people placed orders in the store and got their pizzas before me and online orders also were placed after mine were ready and picked

Literally just watched one employee drop someone's order on the floor & walk it to the back. And then, a different employee brought the same box back 10 seconds later & put it with the other orders. Thank God I didn't pay yet! THAT'S how people get sick! 🤢🤮👎🏽

Horrible experience! I ordred onliune and it said 37-47 minutes. The tracker kept starting over again. It would say it was in the oven, then go back to prepping. It even said delivered at one point then went back to the oven. After 1 1/2 hours of this I called the store, where I talked to a rude and not helpful employee. They couldn't find my order (after giving them the information multiple times). Finally someone in the background yelled that it was on the way. He said it was on the way and hung up. After 2 hours, I finally got my pizza. Worst customer service ever! I will never order from them again.
