Word of advice to whoever makes the donuts. THE OIL ISN'T HOT ENOUGH.
Every time I would get donuts here half of them are soaked with oil to the point you can squeeze them and oil drips out like a sponge. Meaning the oil isn't hot enough, allowing the oil to soak into the dough. Let the oil get hotter before you put them in.

This place is lowkey my go to place! It's always delicious, and it's close by. But my only concern is the price on the sandwiches which is therefore my rating a 3. Don't get me wrong it's amazing but nearly 7 dollars for a sandwich? When ingredients put together cost around 2 dollars doesn't seem right. I understand there is money to be made but the price has continously gone to increment and is out of control. So unless you have money to spend whether on drinks or a sandwich I suggest stopping by with a fat wallet. Their donuts are fairly priced though and worth it.

Seriously, that was probably the best Apple Fritter I've ever had ?You'll want to get there early since most of the popular donuts sell out before 10am.
So delicious the ladies here are so sweet. I hands down recommend this place. So cozy made me feel like in my mom’s house that’s how welcoming the lady here is. Definitely traveling from Corona to here for pho for now on.
