This location is inside Chapman University Campus, which is not easily accessible for the public. Parking is not easy. Street parking requires a permit, and their campus garage parking is paid with minimum of 2 hours paid. I don't know if it's because the location, the food doesn't seem as fresh as other locations.
Drove 20mins just to get here and no one is here even though it states online it's open and closes at 1:00pm. So disappointed!
These are the best bagels, (my opinion)!

Says open to 1 pm. Lots of customers stopping by looking for food. Lights on. No one here. Sad. This is not a standalone restaurant though. It’s inside Chapman University, so it likely relies on work study students.
I went here one day at 7:00, the cage was open and waited 15 minutes and did not see a single person and left. It looks like they don’t offer a full menu.

They took 40 mins to make a Carmel macchiato but 7 minutes for a bagel sandwich. They need to serve customers who ordered first.

I should’ve read the reviews first. I didn’t know that the Einstein Brothers bagels were located in a student union of Chapman College. I went there for fresh bagels and I received day-old and definitely stale bagels. Quite a disappointment. The bagels were at a very low cost and I guess that was the tip off but the server didn’t say anything about the age of the bagels and that they were not fresh and therefore the low price. There is an Einstein Brothers Bagels in Irvine and I will try it next time. I hope that the Irvine location is the professional bagel eatery and that this campus facility is just a poor cousin, so to speak.

I recommend this service!!
Not well managed, the stuff could not keep up with the orders. They asked about our orders again and again. The lady who prepared our coffee did it for the first time, was absolutely clueless .It is a small shop at the Chapman campus, don't suggest to go there.
