Amazing Cubano sandwich! I've been to Miami twice and had the Cubanos there, and this Cubano is comparable if not better! The meat is juicy and not dry at all, would come back every week if I could!

We finally got to enjoy El Cubano Kitchen after having seen the truck around town. The owner, Luis, is friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the extra step of sourcing authentic Cuban spices and seasonings from Miami. Good Cuban food is hard to find in California and El Cubano Kitchen is better than good- it's excellent!

I highly recommend El Cubano Kitchen!! Their cubano sandwich is perfection, and their potato balls are savory and delicious. Service is wonderful, Luis is always super helpful. I love the vibes of the truck, it's an authentic flavorful experience!!

I would not recommend this food truck. I got the El Cubano and the pork was DRYY. The sandwich barely had any flavor. My friends got the grilled sandwich and literally took a bite and threw it away. Not only the sandwiches were bad but the bald guy was extremely rude. We were debating on getting extra order of fries and he screams "make up your mind!" Definitely won't be coming back.
I tried them at Green Cheek Brewery in Orange. A+ food, definitely try the lechón and ropa vieja. I'll look for them again in the future.

Delicious authentic Cuban food! I had the pleasure of enjoying a Cubano Panini made fresh to order at a community event they participated in and OMG it was amazing! Fresh delicious food made with love for what they do! Great job cant wait to enjoy more of your delicious food!
