This place seems to always have issues. Despite me going time after time I always give them the benefit of the doubt. I asked them for avocado salsa in the drive thru and they give me 1 and 2 pico. The tortillas break, because they are not heated enough. I am done with this location. I have been to other locations in South OC and the service to food is excellent, where as this location seems like it needs administration shift because it is lacking quality. I rarely give negative reviews. But when my tortilla breaks because its too cold I'm over it. Get it together Managers.

I had to ask for the person making the food to put gloves on and when she did she was talk to the cashier in Spanish talking about me. I spoke back in Spanish and she walked away, they took some time to take my order when I walked in, and there was old food on the floor in the dinning area and tables

Your Employee 2020 Andrew A. Is A Horrible employee, came Back a second time, The service was worse, gave me food I did not order then when took it back the races comments every employee in there is racist. I will not spend my money in there again I’m done with El Pollo Loco.

Ordered chicken tostada and nachos online and requested salsa Fresca and Rojas salsa. My husband gets there and ask if all the sauces was in there and the guy said yes and when my husband checked their were no salsa Rojas and when asked about it he said they don’t have it… why lie? Also, got home and realized didn’t give us the dressing that comes with the tostada so my husband had to go back and get it… would give a 0 star if I could.

I placed a mobile order for 2 bowls.. no cilantro no onions because I’m allergic and I got extra cilantro and onions.. smh make sure you sit in the drive thru and double check your orders before you pull away.. because they are incompetent and cannot read mobile orders. My meal is ruined and had to throw away.. thanks pollo loco lovely way to start my weekend.

They charge 0.85 for a creamy cilantro dressing. I paid $14.00 for the salad. Extra dressing shouldn't be an upcharge!!

There is a pollo loco at orange Chapman and main the worked are not good they don't like help people they do everything fast.and ignore people doesn't know how to use the computer I like the food not the employes

Very rarely do these idiots get anything right. Twice I ordered through DoorDash. Tostada salad combo. First time they forgot the chips and salsa. Second time , they forgot the cilantro dressing that’s supposed to come with the salad. And they want $20+ an hour. For what?
