Very rarely do these idiots get anything right. Twice I ordered through DoorDash. Tostada salad combo. First time they forgot the chips and salsa. Second time , they forgot the cilantro dressing that’s supposed to come with the salad. And they want $20+ an hour. For what?

Great Drive-Through Experience at El Pollo Loco!
We had a wonderful experience going through the drive-through today. The service was fantastic! The staff showed incredible patience, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When we were unsure about what to choose, they took the time to explain the options and even offered helpful suggestions. It’s rare to find this level of attention and care, especially in a drive-through. Definitely a standout experience – we’ll be back for sure!

The hall and entrance near the bathrooms smells atrocious. The smell of dirty public bathrooms permeates almost the entire dining room. It gets worse when you get closer to the bathrooms. The food was ok, it seems like it wasn’t fresh. The service was ok, for workers that were teens/early 20s. But, please, do something about that smell.
Vegetarian options: I mean, you could order anything with no meat, but it is a chicken place

I did enjoy my food like usual but as a kid I was a bit stressed or uncomfortable how things escalated toward a combo but I would say the place is very lively and has AWESOME food

I don’t necessarily think it’s the employees fault, but every time I come here, they are always out of something. Whether it’s a particular side, type of tortilla, avocado, or drink. It actually wouldn’t surprise me if they are out of chicken. Look for another location if you can.
