Great Drive-Through Experience at El Pollo Loco!

We had a wonderful experience going through the drive-through today. The service was fantastic! The staff showed incredible patience, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When we were unsure about what to choose, they took the time to explain the options and even offered helpful suggestions. It’s rare to find this level of attention and care, especially in a drive-through. Definitely a standout experience...

I did enjoy my food like usual but as a kid I was a bit stressed or uncomfortable how things escalated toward a combo but I would say the place is very lively and has AWESOME food
