Food is great but they don't offer several items anymore like green oeppers, lemon and they limit salsas and food seems to be smaller. I miss the way it was before
Went to get something for lunch and the drive thru was wrapped around to the middle of the parking lot so I went in. The 1st thing I saw was napkins strewn all over the floor. 2nd was the sign that states 'Order at Kiosk'. I was looking at the kiosk when an employee asked cash or card? I then asked if that matter with being forced to use a kiosk instead of interacting with an actual person and was told no.

Ordered 2 guacamole burritos. They were flavorless. Bland and boring. Lots of tables were dirty and not cleaned and the restroom was filthy dirty with paper all over the floor . This location used to be my favorite spot but not anymore. They need to clean it up and cook tastier food.

I have enjoyed the food for a while sadly now because of the 20 dollars pay so many place have now cut back on the human elements in fast food I can see why the companies used kiosk to make it faster and better but to me talking to someone who knows what they're doing is better than a cold soulless machine

This used to be the local hot spot for Pollo but customer service at my last visit was less. Had trouble with the kiosk and needed help. For my trouble got charged twice. Went back to get a refund and got the runaround about it not posting bah bah. Instead of checking their credit terminal(not hard to do) they told me management will call me and took my info. Well it posted twice. Never heard back from them and got the runaround again when I went back to get a refund. Hope the extra $25 or so was worth it. Never eating here again and as a local will tell everybody else not to as well.

Last time I was there, it was 40 minutes before they closed. I was standing in front at least 15 minutes and no one helped me. I decided to walk out, so rude at this one
This place is by far the worst El Pollo Loco around. They’re always out of chicken. Whoever’s running this place is actually loco and needs to go. How can you be open until 11 and out of chicken every night by 9? Trust me when I say drive the extra 8 minutes and find another place. This place sucks. Hopefully one day this location is gone
I don’t like the idea of removing cashiers for screens.

Very friendly staff as soon as I walk in. Dining area was very clean and wasn’t too busy. I got my food very fast and it was delicious and made well. Definitely recommend!

Went up to the drivethru, four brc burritos. I supposed I should have checked prior to leaving, but I got home and realized it was only 3, so of course I returned to get the fourth. What bothered me was the indifference after I addressed the mistake. They just simply gave me a burrito. To top it all off, the tortillas were extremely tough. Again, probably a unique experience, but there was no one in line except me, so there should have been at least a direct amount of attention on my end.

I've had friends tell us of their bad experiences at this location, but we went against our better judgement and decided to give them a try since it had been years since we had last had this chicken. *I think we had stopped going because we had gotten dry, overcooked chicken and were really disappointed. But again, going against our better judgement, we decided to give them a try again.
Our first thought was - WOW! Their prices has gone up a lot since the last time we had gone ? - Then we made the terrible mistake of being fooled by the promotion that flashed on their order screens - it appears that ordering with a person is a thing of the past. The promo said that if you signed up for their app, you would get a free burrito with your first order - so, I signed up - which felt like it took me 15 minutes.
I then started my order but couldn't find out how to add the free burrito. I asked the girls behind the counter who had no idea about the promo. So first they asked a Manager - who didn't know - then supposedly they asked the owner. We were told that the free burrito would appear after 24-hours of placing your order. *Didn't see that anywhere in the fine print - copy attached for you to see - you be the Judge.
So whatever - we passed on ordering $30 worth of chicken, decided to go somewhere else, and I deleted the app that I had just signed up for.
Moral of the Story - don't be fooled by the false ad on the virtual order taker - no need to waste your time to sign up for the App. It's not worth it!! And unless you have a coupon, I'd say pass on Pollo Loco - otherwise you'll be spending $30 to $40 for a family meal.
Fast and amazing service every time I come here. Friendly atmosphere and. Food is a generous.
