I was really excited to try the pistachio ice cream & baklava, but it was extremely disappointing. It had a strong bitter taste and was honestly inedible. I ended up throwing the whole thing away because I just couldn’t finish it. It was very, very bad.
On top of that, the service was slow and disorganized. Even after I ordered and paid, while I was clearly waiting, they came back multiple times to ask what I had ordered. That didn’t make sense and made the whole experience even more frustrating.

Absolutely loved the pistachio knafooza at Filo. Perfectly crispy on the outside, rich and gooey on the inside, and loaded with real pistachio flavor—not overly sweet, just beautifully balanced. You can tell it’s made fresh and with care. Easily one of the best knafooza desserts I’ve had. If you’re going to Filo, this is a must-order! Next on the list to try is the boozalava

My husband and I have been here 3 times and it never disappoints. It has become our favorite dessert spot. All their ice cream flavors are amazing and unique. The pistachio ice cream actually tastes like real pistachios. Their customer service is amazing, everyone is so friendly and nice.

Perhaps I ate a kunefe worse than the worst künefe in the world. Being able to make it this bad is, in a negative sense, an achievement so it earned one star from me. As someone with a strong appetite, this was the first time in my life that I actually left food on my plate.
Additionally, they watched us through a camera, realized that we didn’t like the künefe, and then cooked a new one and gave it to us for free. This is a clear violation of personal social boundaries, and this final behavior explains how the business manages to receive such high ratings.
The staff, however, were friendly and optimistic.

I had such a great experience at Filo Dessert. The fusion concept was done beautifully , the combination of crispy baklava with creamy ice cream was perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. You can really taste the quality and thought behind the flavors. I also really enjoyed the tea; it paired so well with the dessert and made the whole experience feel warm and relaxing. Definitely a unique and memorable dessert spot that I’d happily come back to again.
