Came here at 825 pm July 21 2025 they messed up my order I got the meatball sub pepperoni they forgot to add my onion and green bell pepper I came back and they remade it but my other sub that I order got cold you guys could at least let me keep the sub that you guys messed up on…..

Love the Firehouse Subs on Tustin at Meats in Orange. Good service and good quality food. Also love the soda dispensing machine!

Food is great but it’s getting too expensive. On top, I expect a better customer service for such premium priced sandwhich. I visited today 3/16 and since I left no tip, attendants were not friendly at all. Making me wonder, is it really worth tipping when you don’t get a decent service yet pay premium for a sub?
