We came here to have breakfast and I ordered a vegan omelets with pancakes. The omelets look like a football and it seem baked. The portions are huge and I had left overs. Not to bad and it was super crowded even in the rain.

03.23.24 this is a gem of a restaurant. Great place to bring guests and family. Great food! Delicious food! Great customer service. I work in Human Resources so customer service is one I typically have to observe. All servers appear to have good command of service to customers - they're smiling and attentive to everything. They all seem to share their loads and helping each other (like filling coffee). I hope the manager/owner pays them well and provides good benefits for retention purposes.I had crepes with strawberries and bananas and side of eggs and sausage. This was only my second visit as it's a bit far from my hometown but the second visit is just as incredibly wonderful as the first one two or three years ago.I highly recommend this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly for sure

We ordered the pancake combo with bacon and eggs. Pancakes were so fluffy the best pancakes I've had in a long time. The bacon and eggs were perfect. Best of all, our server, Tony, was amazing. He was zipping around, making sure everyone was well taken care of.Flappy Jack's is a well-oiled machine. The staff didn't seem stressed even though every table and booth was full.
