Quality depends on what shift or workers
My husband and I have been regulars for years. Our favorite drink has always been the Oreo green brûlée milk tea. We like the crunchy Oreo bits, cream flavor, hint of floral green tea, and soft boba.
This latest visit on Saturday night,
the boba was soft and mushy rather than chewy/bouncy as previous visits. Not sure if it was a one off situation.
They’ve transitioned their Fivestars points system to a new rewards system. We noticed our points were not showing, but after contacting the posted email address they retrieved and added the missing points.
Parking is always easy and plenty and the A/C in the store is always strong which are pluses.
been here for years, as someone who knows their boba well. This place is one of my favorites along side omomo and HeChaLou
I love coming here!! Their boba is always delicious, I keep coming back for more!!!! Super rich in flavor and so creamy in the mouth. The staff is polite, and the seating + bathroom is always clean. Only heads up I'd give to people is that it's super cold inside, especially if you're staying inside to sit down and enjoy your drink or work on school/personal projects! It's not enough to ruin the experience at all though, I love this boba place so much. #1 in my eyes.
It tastes good and the service is great but the cost for a large cup of tea is a bit over priced. 20 bucks for three drinks is ridiculous.

No longer honoring the marketing emails they send out with discounts. I believe that is called bait and switch. Absolutely deplorable behavior from this company. False advertising.
I'm a doordash driver and the two workers called out the order for the customer and then they said thank you. I took a picture of the receipt and on my way. 15 min later they called support to tell them that they forgot one item. So 20 min back to pick it up. Wanted time. Thank you very much.....not
I’ve been going to the orange location and Fullerton Fullerton location always made my drinks how I wanted and on top of the boba there always had a good flavor now I went to the one in orange I asked for my drink 120 sweetness and extra boba and the boba there has no flavor whatsoever and I would always take the drive from Pomona to Fullerton and just on Saturday went to orange since they closed the Fullerton location
I love their golden oolong, green tea Oreo brûlée, always get 50 or 75 sweetness. I personally prefer less sweet. Great tea taste. Boba is decent. Please stay open, this is a staple place. I also liked their seasonal avocado drink.
Taro milk tea with black tea base and Boba. Delicious!

The best boba in Southern California, and we have tried it all. In fact we try boba in every state and country that we visit, and Four Tea consistently makes some of the best drinks, tea, and boba flavor and consistency.
I love the Taro milk tea made with real taro, the golden oolong, and the strawberry green tea, but honestly everything is solid.

The milk tea is delicious but the service is not good.
Still disappointed they don't have the Four Tea special like they used to. They seem to change the drink and drink names at least annually.
We did like the Passion fruit milk tea AND Peach Oolong Milk Tea, 25% sweet, no ice with aloe and boba. The boba was warm, slightly sweet, and chewy...the way I like it!

Flavorless boba. Used to be very honey flavored and soft, now it's neither.
I ordered a taro boba online on uber eats and the delivery fee was 8 dollars!!! IT WAS A TOTAL OF 20!! IT WAS SOOO EXPENSIVE JUST FOR ONE BOBA, definitely not ordering from here ever again very disappointing I wish I could get my money back?
