Friendly staff and the donuts are very fresh and delicious. Came in and notice a variety of donuts available and it was already 2pm, normally I walk into a donut place and after 12pm normally the cases would almost be empty. But at Friendly Donuts there were plenty of delicious donuts available and all very fresh. I loved this place.

Late night donut spot? Wow. I love it. I love the colors inside, the decor, and the merch too. My friend got me the tote and it's one of my favorites to carry around. Of course while I was visiting her we HAD to stop by. The problem is there's sooo many delicious looking donuts. How can you choose just a couple?? We got an assortment of donuts and literally every single one was amazing. I loved the ube donut, nice texture. I loved the cream stuffed one. Just wow! And I got the passion fruit and WOW. Seriously you cannot go wrong with anything you choose. I can't wait to visit again and try more.

I've been wanting to abuse and gorge myself on empty calories that I know that I would feel guilt and remorse over... So why not try out this donut place that's been on my radar for the longest time. Place gets busy on weekends and mornings. You'll probably have to park across the street. What did I get? Tried a coffee cronut. (6/10) coffee had a bitterness of instant coffee, cream texture and cronut texture where good though. Pineapple upside-down carrot cake. (7/10) Overly sweet, couldn't taste any of the flavors mentioned above everything tasted like sugar. Which is sad because donut dough itself was excellent texture and it had these beautiful little meringue dollops on top which were wonderful. Lastly I also had a croissant roll, POG flavor. The croissant rolls are gigantic. Like a monster New York roll. Texture is just like a giant New York roll as well. (7/10)

Just tried them for 1st time and loved them! Donuts are fresh, even late at night! Employees very nice and helpful, and have great sense of humor. My hubby's new favorite donut shop! They have seasonal donuts that change monthly, so there's frequent reasons to visit.

These doughnuts are worth the 20 mile drive! Saw the French Cream doughnuts on Instagram and figured they were worth the trip. They didn’t disappoint. We will continue to make the trip for these delectable sweets. ?♥️

The donuts are pretty but not as great tasting. coffee dossant (~$5) had decent crispiness from the croissant layers. just felt like it was sitting there for a long time and wish it was a bit more fresh. strawberry shortcake donut (~$5) was like diabetes in a bite bc this was SO overly sweet that we couldn't even finish it. it also didn't even really taste much like strawberry. white chocolate guava mochi donut (~$3) was also a bit disappointing bc i couldn't taste white chocolate OR guava. texture of the mochi was mediocre. overall wouldn't come back just bc i expected way better donuts for how they look + the prices don't live up to the quality.

We'd give this place 6+ stars if we could. My husband and I grew up in this neighborhood and have been going to Friendly Donuts for many years. These past few years especially have seen so much growth for the small shop, and it's so well deserved! The employees are all incredible, kind and make the best donuts around! The selection is always changing but always holds on to the undeniable favorites. I will say the customer service is EXCELLENT - My household had a donut craving one night a couple years ago so my husband and I went on a donut run - of course it started to downpour on us when we went and we had no rain jackets. They were so sweet as they packed us a dozen donuts and even treated us to some donut holes. We love this place and either take or recommend it to every person we know!

best ORANGE JUICE in all Orange County and ironically, in the City of Orange. loved the attention to detail and friendliness of staff! I came in late craving fresh squeezed OJ and they had no problem making me some. best spot ever!
Two stars because it's cute and close by but the donuts weren't as tasty as they looked. Sadly, won't be returning.

I actually loved coming to friendly donuts until today. I walked in and there were three guys looking at the donuts and a worker was very rude to the customers . The worker said "are you guys just going to stand &look?" The customers seemed uncomfortable and even said "I thought this was friendly donuts" . I went ahead and ordered and the worker kept saying comments like "wow ten minutes to look" & then rang each customer up after they decided on an order and said "that's all". It was very disappointing and was shocked no other workers said a word to the rude worker.

First time here and it won't be the last! The donuts were delicious and so soft. Customer service was great! The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and genuinely seemed happy to help. I like the vibe and decor. The bright colors are very welcoming.
