I finally found a place where the wings are good.. now it will be my favorite place. I think they are the best orange wings. Recommended! Also, very good service, they give you very good attention! 10/10

Terrible service...I ordered sandwich and a drink.
Waiting for tires to be put on my car at America's Tire Center, right behind Hoots.
I had 15 mins free until car is done, and I have to be somewhere.
Person taking my order says she will bring my drink out to me, a beer.
I sit there in booth for at least 10 mins waiting while she takes care of 2 customers that just came in after me.
Finally, I have to ask for my beer, and then wait another 5 mins for someone else, another employee, to bring my beer 10ft to my table.
She pours it, and I watch it sit behind counter fully-poured while she talks to other employee about something for 2 mins.
Then, after another 5 mins, the customers who came in after me receive their food.
Before I receive my order.
I mention that I am in a hurry, and then I wait.
Finally, after waiting 10 mins,I run out of time and have to leave without my sandwich.
I then have to come back to pick up my sandwich 30 mins later.
When I come back to pick up sandwich, there's no "sorry for wait"...nothing.
In this day and age when customer service is truly important, this is extremely disappointing.
It is ridiculous that the person who took my order, and suggested I order a sandwich to lower price of beer, would make me wait like this.
Upselling is great in theory but at expense of customer service isn't worth it.
Cost you a customer in this case.
Absolutely terrible service, and I'll be writing a letter to the corporate office on this.
Train your employees better.
I would make a comment re millennials and their lack of focus and work ethic but that's been done ad nauseum
But it's applicable here.

I really wanted to like this place but the winds were blah. I think it's fake chicken or gmo for sure. Chicken itself had no flavor cooked apart weird and my strips were soggy. The ranch was also not very good so that didn't help the strips. Maybe wins are better idk, but for me first and last time here:(

This manager is so unprofessional it goes beyond saying instead of trying to help A first-time customer he is no help at all and to boot I was a penny short and you think the guy would let me slide no he made me cash a bill for the penny I've never been to a place of business where if you need a penny they would give it to you. The portions are small and he doesnt explain to you that when you order the wings the sauce comes on them you don't have a dipping sauce for them if you read some of the other reviews this place needs all the help it can get and with this type of manager it's not going to last there very long cuz I will not be going back and hope you read these reviews and realize what people are saying is true

The worst service, the food is full of fat... you leave feeling sick! The girl at the reception is very rude! Everything is made with old and old oil, the potatoes are burnt with old fat and the chicken... disgusting!

Wings were good, but the ghost pepper sauce could be hotter. I wanted tots but they gave me fries. This is quick fast food. No TV'S to watch sports, or the pretty ladies with cute shorts and suntan nylons

This was my first visit and I was completely disappointed. The quality of the chicken is poor and it took longer than expected to get my food despite being the only customer. When I did, it wasn't to-go as I asked. This location has had numerous failed eateries and it's only a matter of time before this one closes down too.
Wings are great! You won't be disappointed. New place, so it's quiet but give it time.
