The service and food are phenomenal! The staff was super helpful and informative when describing sauces and sides. I got the turmeric chicken schwarma and the cilantro pesto chicken schwarma and the flavors just melted in my mouth. I also had the tumeric lemonade and it was the perfect amount of tartness. I even got the baklava and it was so flaky and sweet. Definitely coming here again!

Definitely not worth the price for the size of the bowl. This place used to be amazing, and affordable. The last few times we have have the portions were very good and we could justify paying $12-13 per person for this to go food since it would feed us for 2-3 meals. I am appalled at tonight's order. The boxes they packed the meals in were significantly smaller in size, and the prices went up 25%. $16 each. Prices way up and portions were slashed. We're disappointed, we won't be looking here for future meals. Edit: finished the meal, and I am still hungry. It tastes different, as well. I feel the same way as similar recent reviewers, the flavor is not the same as it used to be. You won't be finding us at Hummus Way for a while. Update: I appreciated the owner's response, and I think it shows their commitment to their business. I posted a picture of my family member's bowl, which I did not know had asked for no greens and one less scoop of the sauce. My bowl looked similar, it did not fill up to the edges of the container. If anyone doubts the change in portions, just take a look at past photos of food and see how different it looks. Next time I will request extras, which I appreciate the advice from the owner. I would add that he is very kind and helpful when I have ordered in the store in the past. Ambiance is nice, too.

Ordered online and picked it up (last night). The spot was decent, it was pretty empty, and yet they got our order completely wrong! It's such a bummer when you drive home and open up your food to find it's completely not what you ordered! My bowl had hummus and I definitely did not click that. There were no olives like I asked for. There was some green sauce. I picked at it and it was tasty enough, but just so wrong. My husband's bowl was wrong too! They gave us jalapeños and once again we did not order that. I'm shocked it was so inaccurate given the place was empty and the online ordering was very clear. We probably won't be back due to this.

I came here a few times already. It's one of those hidden gem/ amazing finds. Tried almost everything they offered. And my favorite item is the open face pita with shiitake shawarma. Great people and customer service. But sometimes there can be a wait just to order, especially if you go during lunch hours.

My wife and I just had two chicken and falafel bowls w pita she had paprika chicken I had another. Was all so delicious I loved the rice long grain and so many different humas we loved them all. So glad it's not far from our place maybe 5 miles away we will for sure be back weekly!
Such a small quaint restaurant that has nice fresh food bowls to make like the "chipotle" concept of choosing your items as they fill your bowl but all Mediterranean foods and toppings. The bowls are customized to your liking and they weren't stingy about the hummus add-ons. Overall delicious and would come back for a quick bowl to go.

Hummus Way? This is the way. We were craving along the lines of Mediterranean food, and we found this spot through Yelp. It absolutely satisfied our cravings!! I got the chicken shawarma bowl with pesto chicken. I wish I could have more for breakfast!! Service was fantastic, and they were so kind and introducing us to all of the meats, toppings, etc for our first time visit. Ambiance was cute, and I can't wait to come back and try their whole menu!

Very tasty and fresh food here! I've been here a handful of times and haven't been disappointed (but I also always order the same thing lol) It's like CAVA but not as nice inside. Taste wise it's about the same, maybe less sauce options. I love their toasted chickpeas
