Horrible employee experience. Neither the order taker or cashiers know how to do their jobs. They do not know how to take an order, repeat your order or give you the correct order without repeating yourself 6 times and the order still not given when I asked for myoney back passing out TWO 19.00 GIFT CARDS IS NOT ME EATING TODAY. AND THE MANAGER MARCUS THINKS THIS IS BOW TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY WHEN WE ARE HUNGRY IS AN INSULT I TRIED TO GOVE BACK THE GODT CARDS BECAUSE I EILL NE ER GO TO THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN

That’s what a hamburger is all about. Best tasting burgers. Did you know that In-N-Out have their own cows and their own potatoes so from ground to plate they own everything. And they never have any of their meat or potatoes frozen. They don’t even own freezers.

Long wait... Longer then the normal wait, wasn't even that busy for that long wait time. Have them remake the hamburgers which took an additional 20 minutes
Easily the worst In N Out in Orange County Got burnt bread ,not edible burnt and they still served it , changing the bun is literally the easiest thing to do And on top of that OLD FRIES Thank you for nothing

Absolutely wonderful service, the person who took my order was just delightful, I believe his name is Deacon. Everyone in the kitchen had smiles on their faces and just seemed happy to be there, led to a positive atmosphere in the entire store, best fast food experience I have had in a very long time! The dining area and the kitchen were both clean, and my food was out before had the chance to get to this point in the review. The food quality is on par with other In In Out stores, but nothing remarkable! Thanks for the smiles and happy atmosphere!
