If you are in a rush, do drive thru even if the line looks crazy long. They move through quickly. We made the mistake of going inside, and they go through those orders much slower. Not sure how they designate crew to which line. They have a lot of staff working the expo line, and the food is always solid. Staff is courteous and care about how their dining room is clean. I stood there for maybe 20 mins for my order and saw manager in expo that was working register to go clean the room and ask each dine-in customer how their food was. You would not see that at other fast food joints ever.

Ordered two combos, got two burgers, two drinks, but only one of my fries. Which is a honest mistake but a car cut in front of me and they said nothing about it
I took out 2 double cheeseburgers but it was not a buger. It was powered salt. I could not eat at all. Somebody poured salt into meat. It was bitter and salty that was it.

i normally never write reviews but the service at this location was so exceptionally horrible that i felt compelled to leave one. i came in at around 2:15p-2:30p (12/29/24) and was helped by a younger brunette woman on the registers (i was order #35). it appeared that two of her male coworkers were visiting on their day off because they greeted several of the other workers and asked who the working manager was today. they stood behind me and were inaudibly trying to communicate with her while i was attempting to order. the woman "helping me" on the register could not focus for more than a few seconds because she spent the whole time giggling and watching them. she asked me to repeat my order 3 times and it was STILL wrong when i received it. the first time she repeated it back to me she added an extra item and i corrected her but i failed to catch that she actually added 2 additional items to my final order that i did not ask for. all i ordered were 2 plain patties, 1 cheese fry, and 1 regular fry; i received (& was charged for) an extra order of fries. i wish i would have kept my receipt so i could have gotten her name because her actions were beyond unprofessional and immature.

Maliea made our indoor dining experience awesome. Her welcoming demeanor, warm smile and personable interaction, with the whole dine in area, was ABOVE AND BEYOND, exceeding already high standard bar In N out has set for all their staff.
