We came to the Orange location over 20 years ago when we first moved to Orange. We recall the experience wasn't good enough to return. After 10 or so years we thought to try them again...Again fair at best. Tried them again a third and last time recently...The Big Wave Burger was on sale buy you couldn't get it any other way but we'll done and happy hour was until 6:30 PM BUT to get happy hour pricing you had to sit at thr bar which is NOT mentioned...Calling this a Third Strike! Sorrt...Kinda surprised you're still open...

Took our server about 10 minutes to greet us, we placed our drink order and food order at the same time and asked for her to bring pineapple for my toddler. Had to ask a second time and then when we tried the pineapple, it was gross. Food took so incredibly long to come out. Server said there were new cooks tonight. Fries came out cold, burger buns were burnt, burger was charred and not good. I haven’t had this terrible of an experience at a restaurant in a long time. I’m sure our server was busy and doing everything she could with what disaster it seemed to be. You could definitely tell everyone around us was getting antsy waiting for their food. It was literally way too long to wait for food to come out. I’ve noticed each time we go, there seems to be a group of servers, food runners, or bussers that are always on their phone and just standing around and chatting. Tonight was definitely not the night for that. A manager should have come out and touched tables and apologized for the service tonight.

Great experience today, due to my bartender/server she was very attentive and friendly! I got a lunch special; the BLT wrap. It had a good amount of chicken and bacon and salad mix, but was lacking in avocado and cheese 😠. It really needed more ranch or mayonnaise, too dry.But overall it was tasty and filling and the fries were tasty but not welldone like I wanted, but still the fries here are great.😃 So if you receive great service like I did today don't forget to leave a great tip!!! 😀 ,👍!

The food is typical casual American food. Tasty. The service was very slow although they weren’t very busy, but this is kind of a large restaurant. I’d come here again.
