We had a great experience. As a large family, I always feel bad when ordering a ton of food from anywhere, because I know its a lot of work. I ordered online, and picked up in the store. When I picked up, I was super grateful and I thanked the workers for all their hard work, and they were seriously so kind. They were very happy to help, and said it wasn't a big deal at all, but I know that cooking for my 13 people is a chore! The food was delicious, and the order was exact, and it was all marked with what everything was...i was so thankful for that. We will absolutely be back.

WHAT TIME DOES THIS LOCATION OPEN?! Google says 24 hours. Clearly not. It's 6:23am, still not open. I've been waiting here for 30 minutes and have seen at least 6 cars try going through the drive through. No lights or anything. I will update when ACTUAL HOURS are posted here.

I got the 2 tacos and they were crispy with shredded lettuce. Paid for the crispy as they were on the oily side when I got them. Service was good and the diet Dr. Pepper was clean tasting and refreshing.

You could literally have an order of only two tacos and they would still hand you an empty bag because that's how often they forget to include the tacos I ordered. Every single time.
I ordered a Bacon and Swiss Buttery Smash Jack Combo 3 days ago in the afternoon which should be $12.58 before tax. That doesn't show up on my bank statement. However, today and yesterday I have 2 charges from this location for $65.26, multiple Walmart giftcard charges, a few Apple charges, and a Vape charge.
My card was skimmed and cloned at this location. I would not recommend eating here unless you pay in cash.

This jack in the box is so great I eat food and it’s like the most delicious thing best food ever and best jack in the box’s ever made my day
My sister took me to this one nearby and they had firstly never switched out items like we asked at the order box, then had to ask and fix that at the window, then when we got our food it was the wrong item of one so incorrect charge, no sauce for the special item that was supposed to have it, and stale fries :/

I went to the drive-thru and was told to wait for my order. It took them exactly 7 minutes. It's just the inconvenience I had to be somewhere at a certain time. And I gave myself plenty of time.
