—————1000000000 worst service ever!!! Left the following with corporate. I have done this job. Unacceptable.
I am extremely unhappy with the customer service received at pick up in the drive through. I will be adding this review to all review resources as well. The drive through attendant was extremely rude, listening to my phone conversation (which he explicitly referenced in our conversation), confrontational about my sauce request. The Gremlin box perk items were not included. When I called to ask why, the same employee answered and rudely asked me “what is the problem?” After saying all of that. I want a refund, coaching, and my missing items at the very least. Please train your employees in customer service. Extremely disappointed.

It's Jack in the Box. If you know you know. If you don't know, get the 2 taco deal. I added a 3piece jalapeno poppers to my order! However last time I was there the Coke Freestyle machine had Coke... And not much else. That was disappointing. I hope that got that fixed.

Stopped by here to get some grub before heading to the movies. Instead of going through the drive I chose to go in. Boy was that a mistake. I ordered in by using the new kiosk. I waited over 10 minutes. Hence there was no one in the drive thru or anyone else inside but me. 10 minutes go by and a man and his kids come in. Plus someone 2 minutes before they show up use the drive thru. Man in drive thru gets his food quickly. I speak up asking why I'm being ignored. Please give me my money back. I have a movie to see. A lady tries to help me. But can't figure out what to do or how to refund my card. Manager is called. She doesn't know what to do. She says well cook your food immediately. I said no thanks. Fries are already pre-made. My burger was the only thing you had to make. Simple, but fail. I was the only one here before they came here. They get helped immediately. Me, I get ignored. Please just give me my money back. Manager finally credited my card.

We had a great experience. As a large family, I always feel bad when ordering a ton of food from anywhere, because I know its a lot of work. I ordered online, and picked up in the store. When I picked up, I was super grateful and I thanked the workers for all their hard work, and they were seriously so kind. They were very happy to help, and said it wasn't a big deal at all, but I know that cooking for my 13 people is a chore! The food was delicious, and the order was exact, and it was all marked with what everything was...i was so thankful for that. We will absolutely be back.

WHAT TIME DOES THIS LOCATION OPEN?! Google says 24 hours. Clearly not. It's 6:23am, still not open. I've been waiting here for 30 minutes and have seen at least 6 cars try going through the drive through. No lights or anything. I will update when ACTUAL HOURS are posted here.

I got the 2 tacos and they were crispy with shredded lettuce. Paid for the crispy as they were on the oily side when I got them. Service was good and the diet Dr. Pepper was clean tasting and refreshing.
