Honestly would be 5 stars but 4 out of 5 times I go through the drive thru they ask me to park in the front. I don’t even order that much why can’t I just wait at the window.

I am very disappointed with this Jack in the box this morning on Monday at that, about 9:10a.m.. I ordered a supreme croissant, nothing what I expected as to what I used to buy for This croissant was smashed the pieces of bacon were all broken up The ham was in there It was smashed up I don't get it, the box it was in look like it had been tumbled around for some time, I couldn't go back cuz I was on my way to work so when I did eat my supreme croissant and got to the middle of the sandwich and there was a hair in my sandwich which really disgusted me and I had to throw everything away so the sandwich was $5.19 and the cashier that took the order at first she did sound kind but when I went to the window she just stood behind the window and I couldn't hear what she was saying as to what my total was I don't know everything just seemed kind of strange anyhow I won't be going to that Jack in the box anymore. Guess at that point I should have realized when there was no one in line and no one inside eating that may have been the red flag. I also ordered some tacos for my lunch but I don't think I'll be eating those now

It's 11pm Saturday night and the ladies working here are fast and the service was great!! Happy Mother's Day to the ladies working on Mexicans Mother's Day 💐
We got a drink through the drive thru three separate times. All three times we were given drinks that lacked syrup and flavor. The first time we accepted the drink, the second asked for a different one in which that one was satisfactory and the third time we changed the soda type three times before just getting a refund. Not sure if it’s just the machine or staff not refilling but definetly could use improving. Other than that staff were very accommodating.

Always a good choice for something quick. As of January 2025, open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday. Makes a good stop after a day at Disneyland nearby
When you go to a place and you are literally the only customer you get the idea that your order will be taken and processed fairly quickly. I was the only customer and it took over 5 minutes to place my order then other customers showed up and my order sat while the one single person working helped them. Without exaggeration it took almost 15 minutes to get a cold hash brown, warm coffee and sandwich. The place is mismanaged to say the least. This is a terrible example of Jack in the box restaurants and is way below average. I advise to go elsewhere because it’s so hit and miss no need to get aggravated by inneptatude.
