When you go to a place and you are literally the only customer you get the idea that your order will be taken and processed fairly quickly. I was the only customer and it took over 5 minutes to place my order then other customers showed up and my order sat while the one single person working helped them. Without exaggeration it took almost 15 minutes to get a cold hash brown, warm coffee and sandwich. The place is mismanaged to say the least. This is a terrible example of Jack in the box restaurants and is way below average. I advise to go elsewhere because it’s so hit and miss no need to get aggravated by inneptatude.

I got two tacos and of the jack in the boxes around this area, I been to 3, this one by far had the best prepared tacos. Nicely prepared with lettuce, crispy with a good application of sauce. Hard to find and get too but worth it.

I went in and waited for at least 5 minutes (the place was empty) and didn’t get greeted or even acknowledge by any of the staff. I just left. Worse Jacks I’ve been to.
I eat at my share of fast food places And I don't go to them for atmosphere however I will say I have not had a bad meal at Jack in The box whichever location I go to all over Los Angeles and Southern California in my busy day The food is good the service is fast. The prices are reasonable in 2024.

I don't know which Jack in the Box this review is pointing toward. I went to two. I wanted the milk tea boba drink. The location on Main Street in Santa Ana was out of it. There was no sign posted on the menu saying it was unavailable, and there's no way to get out of the drive-through. Also, there's no place for the car in front to pull over while they prepare his order, which took a long time. So I sat there for almost 10 minutes for nothing. So I went to the location on Chapman, by the 57 freeway. Their speaker system is horrible. They had the milk tea boba drink, but it was really bad. Very watered down and hardly any boba in it. I won't go to either location again.

Always a good choice for something quick. As of January 2025, open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday. Makes a good stop after a day at Disneyland nearby
