First off, this place is awful I been here so many times and it’s always something different with the employees like they are so rude and disrespectful. They give attitude and I think they need to hire more adults and less teens because they think they have the right to give attitude and be rude to the customers. I hope this place listen to its feedback and hires people who are better at giving respect

I rarely, and I mean RARELY do I offer up a bad review, however I so feel like I must in this instance. The employee was efficient but not particularly friendly, but considering the occupation in a drive thru, not something I really worry about that much.The food, in my case an order of pancakes, was the worst I have ever had. Hard, cold and pretty much tasteless.I love Jack's hashbrowns dearly, so the bad food review extends only to that item. Guess Jack in the Box isn't the place to go for pancakes... I'm sticking to IHOP!

I literally had the worst experience at Jack in the Box and truth be told I never want to go back. The supervisor on duty, Jenny, gave me attitude the whole time I was placing my order and it got worse when she tried to short change me. I'm handicap and I was trying to get breakfast for my parents. I gave Jenny $40, she didn't even count the money and assumed I gave her $30. She tried to short change me twice. Did not package the food correctly and the only one who did tried to help was Rostia, who did help me with my food and even opening the door for me when I was leaving.
