Customer service here is horrible and they take forever! I had a small mobile order and on the app I selected drive through, the lady said it has to be picked up inside and they have a sign in the front. I didnāt come from the front, I came from the side. They should put a sign near the drive through! But they can tell you to pull around and wait for normal orders!? Pick a different location!

***UPDATE*** here it is only 9:15ish. Sign on the door STILL says the dining room closes at 11. I walk in and walk past a manager sweeping. Go to the kiosk and place an order for 2 tacos and pay.
As I am walking over to put my belongings down so I can grab the taco sauces and napkins I will need for my TO-GO order the same manager tells me the dining room is already closed. I simply respond āhowās that possible when I just placed an order for two tacos through the kiosk?ā. She then smiles and says āoh thatās ok thenā.
Please do something about your stores that donāt follow the signage on the doors. And let your managers know that if they are going to close the dining room over an hour and a half earlyā¦. They may want to lock the door and shut off the kiosk
Sign on the door says The dining room closes at 11. They actually close it at 10 but donāt change the door. Itās 9:44pm and theyāve already closed the dining room. And donāt acknowledge someone knocking on the door wanting to order. They need to fix their signage because itās very frustrating for someone like me who is on foot or on the bus that canāt go through the drive-thru. So either change your damn signage or follow your signage. I wonder if the general manager is aware that they do this?

So, I hadnāt been to Jack in the Box in a while, and I was really hoping it hadnāt hit rock bottom. Maybe it's just this particular location, but wow, they didnāt disappoint in the worst way. My coworker and I stopped in around 11:30, starving and just wanting breakfast. After what felt like forever, our food was finally readyāor so we thought. Turns out, the order wasnāt even ours. Back it went.
When our actual food finally came out, we were blessed with a cold, rubbery feast. I mean, the hash browns tasted like they'd been fried in oil older than my last Jack in the Box visit. The sandwich? Also cold, also rubbery. So, back it went again. And what did we get in return? More of the sameācold, stale, rubbery food.
At that point, I felt I was pushing my luck. Letās just say I wasnāt keen on seeing what ārepercussionsā might look like. So, I did what any customer would: tossed the food, rated them badly, and walked away.
Jack in the Boxās customer service motto, āWe donāt make it until you order it,ā clearly didnāt apply here. Or maybe they just donāt make it right until youāve ordered it a few times over. Either way, I wouldnāt wish this experience on anyone.

AVOID going to this trash place, management is trash, staff is trash, food is already thrash. They need more competent staff to handle food. Owners should be ashamed of this location.

I ordered a combo, they charged for it and they only gave me the sandwich... when I claimed the coffee was lukewarm and very below the full level...
Friendly customer oriented manager , the girl employee remains smiling and efficient even under pressure , good team

The chicken burgers were salty but was able to eat. The food quantity was good to consider full. Food - 4 star for salt in chicken.

Since when do they charge for the sauce if itās not for the nuggets?I got the tacos and always get the buttermilk sauce for them. Not been a problem for the whole year Iāve been coming here and suddenly I ask for two sauces for 4 tacos and Iām told itās 50cents.Iāll pay it, thatās fine but itās shady when Iām told I should pay cash for itā¦.The explanation is that they donāt give sauces except for the taco sauce⦠for the tacos only. I would have to order chicken nuggets or pop corn chicken to get the sauce⦠but what about when I ordered burgers?Itās not like I asked for 10 saucesI asked for 2 sauces when I ordered 4 tacos.??? Is it a new policy that Iām not aware of?And why only cash? Thatās the shady part.

Food was great. Service was great. Felt bad for the staff...long line of cars, 20 minutes before closing. But they were great. The popcorn chicken is good. Nice to have that as an option since KFC doesn't have it anymore.
