Tried to lock us out 15 minutes before closing time. Let us in, only to refuse to make half the menu. What is the point of a close time if you don't actually stay open until it? Horrible service.

I've been on a smoothie kick recently and have really been enjoying the White Gummi. I love pre-ordering on the mobile app so that my smoothie is ready and waiting when I arrive. The staff are always very pleasant! They are usually very good at filling my order - however, today they didn't split my smoothie as I had requested, but I'm not going to deduct a star since this is the first time that has happened.*I do appreciate the discounts that Jamba applies to my mobile app. Even if it's $1 off, it's nice to have a little savings! Thanks Jamba!!
The service was very friendly and professional..I was able to uses my rewards to for my discounts.. I Love Jamba Juice.. Recently my ? flavor was expired tastes and my Holiday Smoothie was okay.. Otherwise I still,"Love Jamba Juice Strawberry Wild is my favorite.. Highly Recommend the ,"Jamba Juices in Irvine are the best!"..

This Jamba has a decent amount of space for customers to wait for their smoothies. Like most others, they have the Toast card reader that offers you the option to text or email your receipt.
