Honestly I won’t be coming back we had a reservation for four for my moms birthday as soon as we got there the hostess was rude and gave us attitude they didn’t cared that we had a birthday, the waitress brought our food right but they were all soooo moody and to top it off they kicked us out they said that the reservation was only for 1:30 when we made the reservation they never said nothing we had a horrible experience. Only thing I liked was the valet parking guys great attitude and service

This place is a must stop by. The food, drinks, atmosphere ?. The flavors in all dishes were above my expectations. Drinks were as delicious as the food. I can't wait to come back for brunch. I will definitely be back again and again.

The parking lot is extremely small, and only does valet. There was no room left in the lot, so we were forced to park out on the street, and all four of our cars got parking tickets. Also, they force a 20% gratuity charge on you, and it's not negotiable. Gratuity is supposed to be optional and discretionary, yet they force you to over pay for subpar service, extremely bland food, and cramped seating arrangements. We were forced to pay almost $70 in gratuity that we didn't feel was warranted at all, considering the server only talk to us a few times, and did nothing special whatsoever. Talk about exploiting your customers. This place is a perfect example of the owners being cheap and unethical, and leveraging the costs of the business onto its patrons. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants authentic Mexican food, or doesn't want to overspend for exceedingly bland brunch food.

The food was okay, nothing special or spectacular about the food.. Also, the service was not great. There's not a lot of options to choose from and when you try to substitute some food items you can't. The food and desserts are overpriced. The churros aren't tasty.

First of all, please keep in mind we arrived 10 minutes before the reservation time and were seated thirty-five minutes later. The greeter stated that our table was ready and only needed to be cleaned. Not only did our food arrive cold, but we also had to ask twice for an update on our drinks, and arrived as we were finishing up. The care de la olla, however, was something I really enjoyed.

Made a reservation to celebrate a friend's birthday, but ended up canceling due to them only wanting you at the tables for an hour and a half. You know how girls get, we can talk for hours and lose track of time, so we decided to cancel our reservation and book some place else. I was able to cancel way in advance to avoid the cancelation fee. We had it for the 3rd of March and I canceled back in Feb a few days after we did the reservation. To my surprise, they still tried to charge me the cancelation fee!!!! How ridiculous! Luckily, I had my card locked due to needing to get a new card, so I was notified about it being declined. Will never go after this. Enjoy your over priced food from what I'm hearing.

We really liked the palapa before and we didn't know it had closed, we arrived and saw that there was another restaurant and without thinking we went in; They welcomed us but we didn't have a reservation and the person at the entrance said to the waitress, give them table 54 and it was just the last table in the corner, almost missing us, the last table and just below the air; We asked to be moved since my son is small and the air makes him a little sick, they could only move two tables for us!! The truth is, a very bad way to treat each other, we consume well and we weren't going to ask them for anything for free, a very bad way to treat Latinos, I guess it's because they only expect gringos to come and the truth is I felt discriminated against in that place, I even felt like to file a report for discrimination.

First time here. Made a reservation a month in advance. The food was so tasty. I had the avocado sauce enchiladas. Filled with scrambled egg and pico de gallo. The potatoes were super good. The coffee de olla was delicious. The server was awesome.

The restaurant is very nice, the food for being a Mexican restaurant was bland rice had no taste but the texture was good, beans had a bland taste. I would suggest to the chef to get some cooked tomatoes and a little onion and garlic and blend it in a blender to add to the rice upon cooking along with a little pollo powder, the beans I fry a little onion in a pan before I add the beans to refry. The tacos were good except I'm not a fan for the blue corn tortilla, there should be a choice. My husband has the birria and that was good, corn tortillas were still and cold. Cocktails were amazing.

Visited for the first time tonight and was pleasantly surprised. Jardin is not just an “insta worthy” place but the food hits all the right marks. I had the Camarón Diablo and my friend had the Camaron Pasta Al Fuego. Para botanear we got the guacamole con chicharrón. Not picture were also the sopes but took them to go because I came in hungry and over ordered ?The staff was highly attentive really friendly.Overall highly recommend to visit. We didn’t do a reservation but it is highly encouraged. Only remark is that location is small. A bigger space would better suit the mariachi that plays intermittently making it hard to hear table conversations.
